Large family home in perfect location with stunning sea views to front of house. Northern Ireland Tourist Board Certified. Perfect holiday home for several families or larger group of friends. 5 min walk into Portstewart centre and 5 mins drive to Portrush. Ample off road parking for 3 - 4 cars.

5 bedrooms as follows:
1st floor: 1 large double with queen size bed and amazing sea views, 1 large double with queen size bed, 1 bunk room.
2nd floor: 1 double room and 1 bunk room sleeping 2/3 children.

Ground floor toilet/washroom. 1st floor shower room and separate toilet. 2nd floor shower room and separate toilet. No Bath in property.

This holiday home is fully equipped with free Wifi, Amazon Echo and a well equipped modern kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, dining table for 8 and 3 counter bar stools. Washing machine/tumble dryer. NEST smart heating thermostat.

Large downstairs front lounge with fantastic sea views, smart TV and log burning stove. Second adjoining downstairs back lounge with smart TV and back patio access. Both TV's have streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+) installed for use.

Enclosed patio/garden to rear with outdoor furniture.

Perfect location with car to explore the stunning Causeway Coast, Giants Causeway, Golfing, Water sports, Game of Thrones sites, etc. Or simply walk out the front door and left takes you onto Portstewart promenade, go right and enjoy the beautiful coastal path to Portrush.

Great place and fantastic host!
I have stayed in a great number of VRBOs, always a great experience. This stay was no different, place is fantastic, plenty of space and amenities, location is beautiful. We had 10 adults, and so much room. What makes this stay unique is our host Mark was a truly fantastic host. He truly took care of us with regular communication and recommendations. Mark not only wanted us to enjoy the property, but wanted us to have a fantastic vacation, which we did. Thanks Mark!

Ideal location near phenomenal golf courses, beautiful scenery, and local vibe
We LOVED staying at Mark's home! The place is spotless, the kitchen was adequately supplied (thanks for the welcome goodies - we ate ALL of them), and the bedrooms were very comfortable! We felt right at home. If we ever come back to Northern Ireland with a big group, we would definitely want to stay here again. In addition, Mark was a very gracious host and very proactive. He made sure we had the owner's handbook well ahead of time, gave us restaurant recommendations as well as golf course recommendations, gave us some of the highlighted scenery, and in general, just helped us become a part of the community.
