Completing the interior is a bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, a kitchen/diner with double-sided woodburning stove, a sitting room with a double-sided woodburning stove and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside, there is off-road parking and a rear garden with lawn area and patio area with furniture. SeaShells is a superb base for exploring this part of Northern Ireland with your loved ones.
Amenities: Oil fired underfloor heating with double-sided woodburning stove and gas fire. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Ample Off-road parking. Rear garden with lawn area and patio area with furniture and a barbecue. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub and shop within 0.6 miles. Beach 0.7 miles.
