Villa Elesia is a 204 sq. m. residence in the area of Pale in the southern part of Rethymno and it can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms and up to 9 if necessary. It offers easy access to all the clear blue water southern beaches in the prefecture and it is in between two villages with amenities.

Layout

Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is a large, bright living room with a 50" satellite HDTV with Netflix subscription, Playstation 4, bluetooth speaker, a fireplace and a dining table. The living room has large glass doors that accessed the pool and outdoor area. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table. One of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor. This air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds (0,90X2,00) as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower. Additionally there is a WC on the ground floor as well as a storeroom with the washing machine, clothes dryer and iron/iron board.

First Floor
The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. There is the master bedroom with a king size bed (1,60x2,00) which has a 21" TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom of the first floor features a 1,80X2,00 bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom offers two single beds (0,90X2,00). All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and balconies. Furthermore there is a large shaded veranda on the the first floor with mountain views.
Outdoor area

Villa Elesia has mountain views from the balconies, verandas and outdoor pool area. The outdoor area includes:

-? private swimming pool that can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice). The pool terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower, umbrellas and sun beds.
-A fully equipped charcoal barbecue and outdoor dining under a shaded area are provided for al fresco dining.
-A garden swing, trampoline and ping pong table are also available for our young guests.
-The Villa and outdoor area are fenced. Despite the neighbouring houses, there is enough privacy in the outdoor area.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

Villa Elesia is located in the area of Pale in the southern part of Rethymno.

It offers easy access to all the southern beaches in the prefecture. More than 5 well know southern crystal clear water beaches are within a 20 minute drive such as Amoudi, Damnoni, Schinaria, Plakias, Triopetra, and Preveli the famous "Palm tree" beach.

They are organized but there are sections on those beaches where you could go to be away of the crowd.
The Villa is ideally situated between two villages (Spili and Armenoi) with amenities available there such as restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and pharmacies to name a few. The well know restaurant "Alekos" is in Armeni which has been awarded the Golden Chefs Hat numerous times.
Villa Elesia is also near Plakias town which has become a renowned tourist resort now providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish. Additionally mountain villages such as Sellia and Mirthios are nearby with traditional restaurants with spectacular sea views.

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem Komfort

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa Elesia verbracht. Alles war wunderbar. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Anastasia waren einwandfrei. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist wie auf den Bildern. Highlights sind natürlich der Außenbereich inklusive des Pools, die große Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, der Wohnbereich, etc. Das Haus wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes zwei Mal gereinigt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden - zumal das nicht selbstverständlich ist. Leider sind die Matratzen sehr hart und in der Nacht bellen draußen einige Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte die Fenster schließen, dann geht es. ;-) Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Ein wunderbares Haus, ideal gelegen für kurze Wege zu herrlichen kleinen Stränden und auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Hier fehlt es an nichts !

The perfect stay

The villa has made the holiday a perfect trip. - great location (by car 20 minutes to Rethymno) - quiet area - careness of the host was just perfect - equipment is made for everyone (kids, adults) We really loved it there and can only recommend it to everyone. :)

Perfekte Villa

Es war ein super Urlaub, den wir in der Villa Elesia verbringen durften. Von A bis Z alles perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr wohnlich und komplett ausgestattet. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, egal in welche Richtung man möchte um die Insel zu erkunden, auch zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit. Es hat uns insgesamt an nix gefehlt. Der Service war erste Klasse. Sehr nette Begrüßung von Anastasia und kompetente Betreuung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft nochmal buchen, kann man nur empfehlen!
