good, clean and great area

The owner was very nice, the apartment was clean, and in a very great spot. Our only concern was that the utilities (electric system) were absolutely expensive: 160.- Euros /week. Then the second payment, just in cash.

Concerne APPART N°32 pour 6 PERS, 3 CHAMBRES JARDIN ET PISCINE chemin de vedrignans, Saillagouse, France, 66800 Nous devons faire les remarques suivantes Ă  l'usage de prochains locataires, et du propriĂ©taire de l'appart en vue d'amĂ©liorations: -Aucune lampe de chevet pour les 5 lits. -ÉcartĂ© 2 poĂ«les Ă  revĂȘtement tĂ©flon dĂ©gradĂ©. -Pas de bouilloire. -Pas de thĂ©iĂšre -Pas de Wifi -Plaque de cuisson trĂšs bas de gamme comme presque tout l'EM. -Accueil presque inexistant par personne dĂ©lĂ©guĂ©e par notre interlocutrice Isabelle. Cette personne ne parlait pas du tout français, ni anglais. -Absence de tĂ©lĂ©commande du garage pendant 2 jours. -Manque une poubelle de salle de bain. -L'Ă©coulement de la douche est dĂ©fectueux. -Le rideau de douche est inconfortable -Une lampe du salon ne fonctionne pas et/ou clignote.

Des bonne marche en montagne avec des bonnes indication suivant les personnes débutants ou confirmer. Espagne a quelques km ,pas de difficultés a s'exprimer en francais . Juste a cÎté bain d'eau chaude relaxante . Restaurant à cÎtés boulangerie pain trÚs bon.

Appartement spacieux qui pourrait ĂȘtre trĂšs bien s'il Ă©tait mieux Ă©quipĂ© : literie Ă  revoir, vieux canapĂ©, couverts et vaisselle hors d'Ăąge Ă  la propretĂ© douteuse, dĂ©coration minimaliste voire inexistante. Pas de Wifi - ce qui n'est pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans l'annonce. Sauna dangereux. C'est regrettable car la rĂ©sidence est trĂšs agrĂ©able et la rĂ©gion trĂšs jolie.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cet appartement. Le plus c'est d'avoir accĂšs Ă  la piscine chauffĂ©e et de pouvoir faire du feu dans une insert. NĂ©anmoins il faudrait voir de changer les poĂȘles et fetou pour la cuisine.
