White, fresh, harmonious: this is a beautiful villa with pool, ideal for a vacation in Apulia dedicated to luxury, relaxation, near the amenities and the most beautiful beaches of northern Salento. The villa is reminiscent of the sinuous shapes of the white houses in the Greek island. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and it`s pet friendly (only small size).

The pool, with its harmonious shape and the small waterfall, is one of the strengths of this villa for rent for relaxing vacations in Maruggio, Apulia. The pool is framed by a solarium furnished with beach beds and a big verandah with an outdoor lounge area where the guests may relax while using the internet connection. Moreover, there is a covered outdoor shower.

It is cozy, with refined furniture. It consists of a large living room with sitting room and television, dining area and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven; a courtyard with dining area, washing machine and outdoor sink. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a living room with sofa bed for two guests on the upper floor, with a furnished terrace with table and chairs.

The surroundings 
A luxury holiday home with pool in the outskirts of Maruggio, in northern Salento. Maruggio is known for the beautiful beaches with sandy dunes and crystal clear water, located in Campomarino, the seaside location which is only 3 kilometers away from the villa.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to September.
- Only small size pets are allowed, extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
