Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Flair. Die Lage ist sehr sehr gut. Der Ort hat enorm viel Charm und liegt perfekt zur Pont du Gard.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar!

Schöne, zentral gelegene kleine kompakte Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Uzès - jedoch nicht auf dem Markt, sondern außerhalb des Boulevards, der sich um den Kern zieht. 5 Minuten bis zum Markt, die Lage ist unschlagbar! Die Wohnung liegt im EG eines Wohnhauses mit 3 Parteien. Wie auf den Fotos gesehen, handelt es sich um ein Gewölbe aus Sandstein. Toll ist der direkte Zugang nach draußen: kleiner Innenhof, der nach allen Seiten begrenzt ist durch das Haus und eine etwa zwei Meter hohe Mauer. Schön bewachsen, so dass man im Schatten sitzen oder liegen kann. Leider etwas ungepflegt, regelmäßige Pflege wäre prima! Gleiches gilt für die Möbel draußen. Der Innehof ist ruhig, grenzt jedoch an ein Restaurant an (mittags und abends)- jedoch ist meist um 22 Uhr Schluss. Die Innenausstattung ist in Ordnung - man muss es mögen auf einer Schlafcouch zu schlafen. War ok von der Bequemlichkeit her. Ansonsten findet alles in einem Raum statt - nur das Bad ist ein extra Raum. Dieses ist gut ausgestattet mit großer Dusche. Die Küche ist kunterbunt ausgestattet. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte einer Generalüberholung. Die fehlende Spülmaschine sei vor kurzem kaputt gegangen, was nicht danach aussieht - es gibt sie bereits länger nicht mehr. Insgesamt war alles schmuddelig und teilweise in erbarmungswürdigem Zustand. Wir haben alles, was wir benutzen wollten, erstmal abgewaschen. "Pieselig" durfte man da nicht sein. Unterm Strich ein schöner Urlaub - die Lage entschädigt für alles!

Lovely stay, Bernard was super helpful with suggesting local places to eat and visit. Felt very comfortable and fabulous location. Very quiet.

Beau gite mais mal ventilé quoique très calme

Quand on est arrivé on a dû faire le ménage partout y compris la terrasse ! Le gîte est mal ventilé et la température était à 28 degrés ! Nous avons acheté un ventilateur pour avoir un peu d'air ! Il est indiqué qu'il y a une chambre mais en fait c'est le clic-clac dans le salon qui sert de lit donc tout se passe dans le même espace.

gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis

die FeWo befindet sich fast im Zentrum von der Stadt aber dennoch ruhig. Der beiligende Garten ist sehr großes Plus (könnte mehr gepflegt werden aber spendet viel Schatten in Sommer). 1 min zum Tourist Information, viele Restaurants und Cafés, mehrere Bäckereien usw. Die Wohnung bietet alles für ein Aufenthalt zu zweit.
