About this property

A near-beach idyllic sea view traditional villa in Paros, Cyclades

This semi-detached villa is part of a traditional picturesque village-like complex but with full privacy. The architect has followed not only the traditional Cycladic way of stone-building but he has also respectfully exploited the orientation and the natural environmental surroundings. The view to west and south is spectacularly panoramic, allowing you to enjoy the sun, the uninterrupted sea view and breathtaking sunsets over Antiparos island. The villa is situated on the hill that overlooks Farangas beach (only 700 m. away) one of Paros most exquisite sandy seashores.
The villa comprises of three levels. The 1st level constitutes of 2 bedrooms, one with a double “queen” bed, built-in closets and the other one with two single beds, built-in closets too and an independent bathroom with shower. This level exits to the front pergola and the garden. The 2nd level constitutes of the living room with built-in couches and fireplace, a fully-equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In this level there is the main entrance of the house and the two main verandas, both overlooking the sea view. There is also a private parking. The 3nd level (loft) has one large double bed, floor-couches and A/C. The total surface of the house is 120 sq. m., and the total surface with the garden and pergolas is 400 sq. m
