Your street is surrounded by monuments, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The tourist attractions are numerous, and you should plan your days to make sure you don’t miss a thing.
We recommend a stroll down Avenida dos Aliados, shopping at Rua das Flores, and ending the day with a beautiful dinner at Ribeira with a view of the Douro River and the Gaia pier!
You can also enjoy the Foz do Douro beaches, which are just 7 km away.

Other Things to Note:
The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 for smoking will be applied.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost upon request.

To make Porto more attractive, a municipal tourist tax has come into effect. The fee of €2.00 included in the price of the stay is for guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV packages. If this limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (please inquire for the price).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (please inquire for prices).

Important note: there are ongoing works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, this is out of our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that the expectations of our guests are properly addressed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

Interaction with Guests:
We leave our guests at ease, but we’re available whenever they need us.
