The entrance leads directly to a charming and spacious living and sitting room with a Burgundy stone fireplace and wood burning stove, stone floor and an oak beamed ceiling. The dining kitchen is fitted with floor units and worktops, free standing units and standard white goods including a coffee maker. Also on this level there is a bedroom, shower room, toilet and access to a large leisure/play room with table tennis. In the second wing of the house are three double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, bathroom, shower room and toilet.
The swimming pool is exclusively yours and is located in an enclosed private garden which is opposite the courtyard. The pool is 8m x 4m and goes from 1m to 1.5m deep.
Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is available from May to September and has an excellent new air source heating system designed to keep the pool at a lovely temperature for swimming. The pool is situated in a detached garden opposite the main house and it is necessary to cross a small road with very little passing traffic. Around the pool there are chairs, a table and loungers for relaxing. In addition there is a pool house with a summer kitchen with a fridge, kettle, toaster, hot & cold water, toilet, microwave and a gas BBQ. The pool depth is 1 metre to 1.5 metres and the garden and pool area is private for the use of rental guest.
