This house of character and charm, in Burgundy stone, will seduce you with its breathtaking view of the vineyards. Enjoy the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the Château de Chamirey, a renowned wine estate. A wine tourism experience not to be missed and shared with friends or family. Experience Burgundy differently!
The House is composed of 3 bedrooms including a master suite with its private bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom.
An equipped and modern kitchen, a living / dining room with wifi and flat screen TV, a terrace facing due west, sunset side to enjoy the beautiful evenings, a semi-buried cellar to meet when it is too hot or if a downpour threatens and a vast garden merging with the vineyard complete this privileged set. An 11X3 meter swimming pool (with safety curtain) overhanging the vines will appeal to young and old.
On the Burgundy wine route, you can take advantage of the proximity of many hiking trails, bicycle paths (the greenway crosses the entire department), the Burgundy canals, not to mention the very recent territory classified as World Heritage by Unesco.
Between Beaune and Cluny: many varied activities are available to you: whether you are looking for museums, churches, old stones or sports.

Absolutely beautiful

Superb personal touches by the owner to assure our stay was memorable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and playing tag in the vineyard just 10’ away while the adults enjoyed the personal restaurant recommendations by Pauline ((Michelin quality restaurants near by). Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience true Burgundy region and absolutely amazing wines.

Most amazing experience in country France

We absolutely loved our stay in Burgundy. The property is beautiful, the views gorgeous and local produce at butcher/baker was delicious. We cooked at home each night and sat on the wonderful balcony. The pool was also a lot of fun - swim with a view! Our only negative is to bring everything you need. We had to buy washing powder, dishwasher powder, garbage bags etc as nothing was provided.

Séjour merveilleux au milieu des vignes

Un lieu exceptionnel, entouré de vignes de Premiers Crus de Bourgogne. La maison est très bien, la piscine simple à utiliser et la propriétaire très attentionnée. Nous reviendrons!

Zeer mooie ligging !

Prachtige ligging in midden van 1er cru wijngaard van Mercurey. De woning is goed uitgerust en ondanks de hitte van 40° bleef het ook behoorlijk fris binnen. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd, in koudere periodes kan dat moeilijker zijn, maar tijdens deze hittegolf was het uiteraard perfect (26 à 27°C). Ontbijtservice was het enige dat tegenviel. Een klein stokbrood voor 4 personen, elk een mini-croissant en mini-chocoladekoek met een beetje boter en wat confituur (mini-potjes van Bonne Maman) en 1 nespressocapsule of theezakje per persoon aan 15 € per persoon is toch vrij duur, zeker omdat er 2 bakkers zijn op 4 minuten rijden. Er zijn wijnen van Chateau de Chamirey en Domaine de Perdrix aanwezig, die zeer goed van kwaliteit zijn. Algemeen wel een zeer positieve ervaring en een aanrader voor wie de Chalonnais wil bezoeken.

Nous avons passé 4 jours superbes dans cette magnifique Maison de Chamirey en plein cœur des vignes. La réalité est en tout point conforme à la description et aux photos sur le site, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et les espaces de vie (salon et terrasse) sont idéaux pour passer de belles journées et soirées. Un immense merci à Pauline qui a été du début à la fin une hôte remarquable et très arrangeante pour nous permettre de passer le meilleur séjour possible!

Superbe week-end au cœur des vignes, proche de nombreuses caves. Hameau calme et joli. La maison est magnifique, rénovée avec gout; on se sent chez soit. Très bien équipée et Pauline, la propriétaire est serviable et accueillante; n'hésitez pas à lui demander des infos pour de bonnes adresses!
