17th century house with a total surface of 120 m2. If you like old stones, old parquet floors, this is the place for you.
2 parking spaces at the foot of the house.
The little extras are the large south-facing terrace, the calm of the place and the immediate access to the city center on foot. Capacity: 10 people.
High-end materials and tastefully decorated:
-On the ground floor: entrance with cupboards, utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer, wine fridge-cellar, bedroom with bathroom and toilet.
- Upstairs large bedroom with a bed, sofa bed and bathroom.
- Living room with sofa and open kitchen with everything you need: oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, etc.

Nearby bakery, we do everything on foot from the accommodation.
The house is very friendly, there is enough space in each room to be tucked away and the large common area allows great moments of exchange.

A lovely stay

Gorgeous apartment

This gorgeous apartment is homely, very clean, spacious, well appointed, comfortable, warm and extremely well located. We wandered into town within 3 minutes. Gregory was extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation in Beaune.

The pictures do not do the house justice, the layout is perfect and the house is well-appointed as well as situated. We traveled as two families of 5 each and we had plenty of space. Gregory is a wonderful and accommodating host.

3 couples stayed in this great property and couldn’t have been more impressed. A 2minute walk to the lovely town of Beaune in the beautiful wine region of Burgundy. Our host and hostess were very helpful. This is a modern 4bedroom 3 bath remodeled 17 century building but you would never know it. Highly recommended this property.

This property is perfectly located close to the town centre, and yet very quiet. The building has been restored to a modern standard, using quality materials and excellent workmanship. Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location

This house in Beaune is a beautiful 17th century home that’s been remodeled to maintain that historical charm, but provide all the modern comforts. Gregory is a very responsive and thoughtful host. Every need has been anticipated and we slept better at this house than any other during our time in Europe. There’s a/c, comfortable beds with nice bedding, plenty of towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. The deck is a very nice place to relax with a bottle of wine. We became regulars at the bakery next door run by a very nice couple, and we loved that all the wonderful restaurants, shops, and wineries in Beaune were a short 5-10 minute walk. Gregory’s home was a highlight of our trip and given the chance, we’d love to stay there again!

Nice apartment close to Beaune City Cente

This house is in a very good location to explore the city center of Beaune. It is located about a 10-15 min walk from most of the center city attractions. It is also very well located to explore much of the Bourgogne region as it’s midway between the North and South of Bourgogne. The house is behind a wonderful bakery where we purchased bread and croissants each morning. We were a party of six and the house provided ample space for privacy of three couples and a central space for gathering. We were at this home during a heat wave where the day temperature was from 97-99 Fahrenheit. If there is any improvements to be made, it would be to install AC in the central gathering area (living room/kitchen), albeit if we kept the doors to the bedrooms open it would cool down somewhat. Another suggestion might be to provide a better set of pots and pans for cooking, knives that cut, and better cutlery. A final suggestion, is to provide more comfortable chairs at the dining table. The current chairs were extremely uncomfortable, albeit dining on the outdoor deck was very comfortable and we would have always dined there if the hot weather was not so prohibitive. Regardless, all of this did not dampen our enthusiasm for the house and its location, The owner was also extremely responsive and helpful. Keep in mind that the house is at a dead end of a narrow passage, but it is accessible since we were able to park a van in the space. I highly recommend this house.

Magnifique logement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gregory qui nous a très bien reçu. La communication a été excellente. Le logement est vraiment magnifique et parfaitement adapté à 10 personnes. Il est idéalement situé à Beaune, très proche du centre où tout peut se faire à pied. Nous recommandons vivement ce magnifique logement et nous reviendrons surement.

Wonderful home

We had a change in travel plans and decided to drive from Provence to Paris. We want a place to stay along the way. Luckily there was a cancellation and we were able to stay in this beautiful home. It is a perfect blend of old world charm & modern amenities. Beaune was such a wonderful walkable town. We will be back!

Perfect PLUS a Bakery

Can't think of a better combo than a beautifully remodeled stone house, just outside Beaune's ancient walled center, with an excellent bakery outside your door. Everything about this property is well-thought out [the bakery neighbor just a lucky bonus]! The house layout provides a large ground floor bedroom and bath (along with a laundry room with washer and separate dryer, and a small fridge and freezer). The rest of the living quarters are upstairs with the focal point 'great room' and a wonderful elevated deck. Our group of six really appreciated the space - for conversation, group food prep and dining, reading, and star gazing on the deck - which had a large table and good outdoor seating. A big umbrella was great to keep the sun and a few sprinkles out of our way.

Unbelievable place in Beaune

This house of incredible. From the delicious bakery next door (25 feet away), to the great terrace outside and the perfect location, this is a perfect house to stay at when visiting Beaune. It has all the amenities and is just overall very comfortable to stay in. I would abdd absolutely stay here if I got the chance to visit Beaune again.
