Pretty house on the ramparts in a quiet location with access to both parts of the town and to a paying parking lot directly in front of the property. The house has two double bedrooms, one of which has a shower room with washbasin, the other a bathroom with a large shower, bathtub and water point. The bathrooms offer all amenities, such as soap, hairdryer, baby changing table (only available in the large bedroom). Bedding has been carefully selected to bring you the utmost comfort, and the linens provided have been chosen from top-of-the-range linen suppliers. All rooms have high-speed WIFI connections.
L'escale de Giulia is a pure Beaune townhouse. This charming house was built on the rampart of the Comédie, in the historic heart of Beaune. Very recently renovated, the equipment chosen is of the highest quality, and the kitchen has been redesigned to offer you all the equipment you'll need during your stay. The decoration has been designed to preserve the cachet of exposed beams and noble materials that have been passed down through the generations. Its location gives you privileged access to the edge of the Maison Bouchard park, on the edge of the old town, while the other side of the house gives you direct access to the heart of the city. Our rooms have a unique character, offering the luxury and comfort demanded by a discerning clientele. Their decor is inspired by the world of wine that surrounds us. This house will offer you comfort and calm, for a relaxing stay in a city renowned worldwide for its wine and gastronomy.

Such wonderful apartment in Beaune. Great proximity to the center city. 10 minute walk to many great restaurants and cafes. Take an early morning stroll around the Ramparts.

Cool place in an old French building

We only had a couple day but it was a fun stay. The host was very nice and responsive. The stairs are a bit weird but you get used to it and it's part of staying at a classic abode.

The home was cozy. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The home was extremely clean and had a washer and dryer, which is a bonus. We travel to Beaune every other year to spend time in the wine country. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

The house was super clean and in the best location in Beaune! Our Host was so nice! It’s a great house with large bedrooms and a toilet in the hall between. The listing said 2 toilettes, but we only saw one. Overall a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!
