Downstairs there's a huge living room opening onto the sun terrace, designer kitchen with all mod-cons , dining area and a second living room with comfy seating. The property can sleep 10 people and is fully air-conditioned and security alarmed.



Outside, the villa is fronted by a large teak deck terrace with relaxed outdoor seating, natural coal BBQ and dining area. There's a 12m infinity pool surrounded by loungers which overlooks the sea and can be heated.

And the Villa is minutes away from some of the most beautiful golf courses in Southern Europe.
