All the 4 spacious bedrooms are situated to the 1st floor and comprise of 1 double en-suite balcony bedroom, 1 en-suite balcony bedroom with double bed and single bed, a 3rd balcony bedroom with double bed and a 4th balcony bedroom with 2 single beds. A third modern family bathroom and a separate WC complete the layout of this fabulous, family-group friendly chalet.
Outside, an uncovered parking space is complemented by a charming surrounding garden with magical Mont Blanc views.

Situated along ‘Chemin des Glières, guests are a short walk from La Flégère ski lift and short stroll away from the golf club, Les Tines train station and the paintball centre.
Just 9 minutes’ drive away, central Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits to enjoy and year-round activities to keep guests enthralled whilst away. As well as a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take savour, Chamonix also boasts a wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.
In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.
From the chalet, Geneva Airport is just 75 minutes’ drive away, via the A40. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

We spent one week with two families in the Chalet du Golf and enjoyed the great scenery on Aiguille du Midi and M.Blanc day & night.The Chalet itself can be named as "charming", yet it is surely "of age". Building/construction is pretty outdated as well as furniture and utilities (eg in kitchen) are a wide variety of things that seem to be available from somewhere. Electric installation also pretty far from practical, and no manuals or descriptions provided for use of heating, oven, microwave etc.Easy and practical things such as hooks at the walls of the sleeping rooms were missing. No room for ski and/or boots and furthermore, the ground in front of the house is not paved. In case of bad weather, there's a high chance to carry a lot of dirt into the house entrance area and beyond.Overall, we think that the price is too high for this Chalet due to the before mentioned conditions.

Schönes, großes und sauberes Haus mit einem Traumblick auf den Mont Blanc.
- Viel Platz , großer Garten, schönes WZ.
- Lage etwas außerhalb, Auto ist ein Muß.
- Bäder älteren Baujahres, aber sauber und nicht so, dass man sich unwohl fühlen müsste.
- Küchausstattung verbesserungsfähig.
- Esstisch innen mit etwas seltsamen Stühlen.
- Aussenbereich könnte etwas liebevoller sein.
Im großen und ganzen hatten wir eine gute Zeit im Haus. Mit ein paar Investitilnon könnte es absolut top sein.
