Spacious villa consisting of 3 double bedrooms with panoramic views of the Atlantic coast. Sliding doors open onto a separate terrace where you can admire beautiful sunsets or admire the twinkling lights of the city after dark. En-suite bathroom with its sinks, tub, shower and bidet.
Located on the upper slopes of Lion s Head in the windless area of Fresnaye. Just 5 minutes walk from the Table Mountain nature reserve, perfect for the morning run or to enjoy a romantic sunset in nature. The villa is positioned to offer beautiful panoramic views over the Atlantic coast to the ocean and beyond Robben Island giving the villa a natural WOW factor !!
The terrace and swimming pool are located on the first floor. There are sun beds and sofas for relaxing. Table for six for outdoor dining.
The lounge area is equipped with a flat screen TV and an Apple TV device, in case you want to stay updated on any news or watch a movie on Netflix.
Your bedroom is private and you are welcome to make use of all the common areas of the villa. There are three bedrooms and only two (one on the first floor and one on the second floor) are made available to Airbnb guests.
The villa is served from Monday to Friday, except on holidays. The sheets and towels are changed every third / fourth day unless otherwise requested. Sarah, our delightful Malawian maid, can also take care of any personal laundry items. If there are any delicates (silk, wool, etc.), be sure to point them out to Sarah and provide special instructions. A little tip for Sarah who takes care of any linen request is highly appreciated and will make her eyes shine :)
