Apt #2 at K M Lodge is a self catering ground floor unit. It is situated in Mt Nesbit, a quiet residential area in the parish of St John, Grenada.

The apartment is simple and comfortable, but tastefully furnished.
Nestled off the main road, K M Lodge is a good base for those wishing to to explore the wonderful Caribbean Island of Grenada. Or simply be used as a countryside retreat to rest and relax away from urban/city life. The lively fishing town of Gouyave, is a short drive away (5 mins) and the vibrant capital city of St George's is a mere 45 minutes. The airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
Shopping/eating: Gouyave 5 minutes drive.
Rumboat restaurant is nearby, but requires advance booking.
Beaches: Gouyave 5 minutes drive (black sand) popular with locals.
St George's/ Grand Anse (white sand) 45 minutes drive.

The apartment has own private entrance and veranda. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery and cutlery. There is a gas hob/oven (bottled gas), fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a smart TV with pre-loaded Netflix (personal login required) and YouTube channels (no cable available). A laptop or similar devices needs to be connected for personal viewing. Mosquito nets, travel conversion plugs and electrical fans are available (air con installed in bedrooms only). A laundry room is equipped with standard electrical appliances.

The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hospitality was wonderful, there was a few items for us to make a snack after a long plane ride. We even got a papaya.

Exactly as presented

This property is managed by wonderful, responsive people. Cindy and her mother were always available and wanted us to have a great experience. We appreciated the eggs, bread, tea and even laundry pods. Clothes dry so fast on the rack. I placed it on the veranda. I sat on the veranda while my husband was gone and I felt very safe.

Why they chose this property

We finished our building project early last year, and wanted others to enjoy the peace and relaxing nature of country life. Mt Nesbit is a really lovely area. It is fondly known as 'Little England' due to the amount of expats in the area. Although it is considered rural by Grenadians. We like it. The main route on the west part of the island running right by the apartment. It is a place to relax and unwind after a hard day of sight seeing! If we want excitement we go to Gouyave(5 mins) or St George's (30 mins).
We like to avoid the hustle and bustle of the towns, it is so nice to come back to our place...K M Lodge and sit on the veranda and watch the world go by.

What makes this property unique

The peace and quiet, the ability to unwind. The property is detached, but the neighbours are friendly.
The area is clean, tidy and safe - need to lock yourselves away when indoor.
If you want to get away from the city/ urban scene, visit K M Lodge and experience what we experience when we visit.
