Charming Little Villa 20 Meters from the Sea

The Little Villa is located in a private property area just 30 meters from the sea at the end of the village.The Little Villa is composed of two floors. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a terrace and a king bed. On the groundfloor there is a living room and a half open kitchen. In the leaving room there are two single sofa/mattress beds. The house can accommodate 4 people. Exceptionally, only upon request, we will host 5 people in a small room that only fits the bed and whose door goes through the bathroom. There is one bathroom with bad/shower (upstairs) and a separate WC (downstairs). It has all the necessary amenities, including dish washer and washing machine for clothes. It has a really nice patio, a garden with vegetables and flowers. You can pick up your own herbs such as petersil and basilico. The patio also has a great and big barbeque and a big wooden dining table .
The living area is approximately 70m2.
