About this property

Holiday bungalow "Huisje-24" in wooded area (12 persons)

The space
Cosiness is central. Nice on the couch, there are two large Smart TVs and you can also enjoy nature. The entire bungalow is well insulated (thermopane windows) and equipped with a central heating. It is a semi-detached bungalow, which is perfect for living with two groups / families. This can be separated by means of a door, preferably 1 whole, then leave the partition open.

Each part has a kitchen that is made up small and compact. Both equipped with a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner stove and 1x a combination microwave and 1x regular microwave. Of course there is also a complete 12 person service, 2 kettles and 2 coffee makers.

The holiday bungalow has six bedrooms. There are five bedrooms with two single box spring beds and one bedroom with a double bed. The bedrooms have duvets, pillows and moltons. If desired, bed linen can be rented. Towels e. d. you must bring your own. Each part has its own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

Prices include: tourist tax and VAT.
- We would like to point out that the management of the Recreatiepark does not agree with letting to groups of unaccompanied youngsters.

Heel prettig verblijf gehad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Kleine slaap- en badkamers, maar ruime binnenruimte met grote tafel en meerdere zithoeken. Heel praktisch met een grote groep.

Es hat denn Zweck erfüllt.

Haben kurz Urlaub ab 31.10.bis 01.11. Gemach. Haben einen schönen Spaziergang gemacht. Wahren im Schwimmbad von Almelo ( Preston Palace). Die Wohnung ist ok Haben 220,46 Euro???? mehr berechnet als der genante Preis.

Urlaub in Den Ham mit 9 Personen

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos. Einfach gehaltener Bungalow mit kleinen Schlafzimmer und weichen Betten. Die Badezimmer sind extrem klein, aber ausreichend. Leider verfügt dieser Bungalow nicht über einen Geschirrspüler, eine Klimaanlage oder einen Backofen. Der Abwasch musste in einer kleinen Schlüssel erfolgen, da kein Stöpsel für das Spülbecken vorhanden war. Es war eine große Mikrowelle mit Heißluftfunktion vorhanden, sodass der fehlende Backofen kompensiert werden konnte. Leider waren auch nicht ausreichend Sitzplätze außerhalb des Bungalows vorhanden. Die mit 90,- Euro veranschlagte Endreinigung ist in meinen Augen nicht gerechtfertigt. Wenn man bedenkt, dass man als Mieter den Bungalow komplett durchgesaugt und mit geputzten Toiletten übergeben muss, frage ich mich was dann noch groß geputzt werden muss. Die Mietbettwäsche war zum Teil mit alten Flecken versehen. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein schöner Urlaub.
