Characteristic country villa with privat pool located in a panoramic position only 10 km. from Lucca. A/C and wifi. Tabletennis.



The house is situated among the "Morianese" hills, very close to the city of Lucca. This area is renowned for the cultivation of fruit trees, oil and wine.

The owner lives in the property during the winter period, then during the summer they move to a small apartment on the ground floor, which is completely independent and with separate entrance. Furnished in a very familiar manner, with all modern facilities which provides a comfortable environment.



The house consists of :

From the ground floor terrace (which has a wood stove), you enter into an extensive area where you can enjoy a relaxing lunch, an equipped kitchen (oven with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, micro, American coffee maker) with fireplace, store room with washing machine, 1 wc.

The upper level has a living room, tv and fireplace and access to the beautiful panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy a view across the surrounding hills. A bedroom with French bed, a bedroom with three beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms and the living room on the first floor are equipped with air-conditioning.

Outside, the back of the property is completely independent and in total privacy, here you can find a terrace in the middle of the olive trees, with tabletennis. A few metres from the house in a mezzanine position is the sunken swimming pool which measures 5 meters x 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 mt, it is available exclusively for the guests. (Children in the swimming pool or swimming pool area must be under adult supervision at all times).

The owners have cats.

What a lovely great place to stay

The house, the location, the pool, the 3 bathrooms. It was great there where so many different possibilities to sit and relax, so that with a group of 8 persons you can always find a dpot for me-time Could be a little bit more clean, the bedroom in the back of the house is not comfortable, no airco, too small. Also a central van on the ceiling at the veranda could be very helpful to make sure musquitos stay away.

An absolute gem!

What can I say, an absolute gem! Exactly as shown in pictures, spacious rooms, living space, bbq and pool. We visited as two young families as our first family holidays and the villa was just perfect! Plenty of space, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owners live on site and are very helpful if there is any issues etc cannot fault the villa at all! Thank you! Grace

We enjoyed our stay there.

We enjoyed the stay in this house, which is located close to Lucca and only 45 mins away from the beach. The house is good for 3 adult couples max 2 kids - 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a part of the living room, separated by a glass sliding door. Unfortunately only very few wardrobes were available but this was ok. The pool is large and clean. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is very good.

Great house near Lucca with air conditioning

There was also a lovely swimming pool, safely fenced off from the garden, where we spent the rest of the time. The air conditioning was excellent, appearing to be powered by solar panels, so we didn’t feel guilty using it. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, a bbq and an Esselunga close by with Lucca a very short drive away. Some of the owners family lived in a part of the house that was divided from the main house and this did not intrude on our holiday at all but I know they would have helped with any query if we had had one. Altogether an excellent holiday home.

A nice stay close to Lucca

The landlord and her family live in the lower floor of the house, which make her very approachable. This is a very nice family. The pool is large and clean. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is very good. We enjoyed our stay there.

Vi hade en fin vecka i Italien

Vi hade en fin vecka i Italien tillsammans med barn och barnbarn. Huset fungerade jättebra. Skönt med tre badrum och dessutom fanns det en toalett på nedervåningen. Det var varmt uppemot 40 grader så vi var glada att det fanns luftkonditionering i sovrummen och att vi hade egen pool. Trevligt med terrassen och trädgården. Danitalias beskrivning stämde bra överens med verkligheten. En kväll hade vi hyrt in kocken Sabrina som lagade en fantastisk trerättersmiddag åt oss. Huset Giglio och Danitalia kan varmt rekommenderas. Vi har hyrt hus i Italien en gång tidigare genom Danitalia och det fungerade lika bra då. Agneta

Séjour toscan

Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. Très beau jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, et piscine superbe.

Beautiful location

The villa and facilities are as described and the photographs are accurate representations. The property was very clean and the furniture comfortable. Our children made full use of the WiFi and it did not fail their high demands! We loved the pool, beautiful garden & balcony and spent most evenings relaxing here. Be warned - a variety of biting insects emerge at night, so prepare an array of deterrents! Lucca, Pisa, Barga etc are all easy drives.
