Thischarming apartment, with a maximum capacity of 4 people, is located next to the central street Calle Carretería, in Calle Viento number 4.
It consists of a brand new small traditional Andalucian building, containing designer furniture and affording a decoration created to make your stay as comfortable as possible.The apartment comprises of a living/dining room with a pretty modern kitchen, with a table and four chairs, an easy to assemble double sofa bed and a 43 inch Smart TV. In the hallway, which joins the living room and bedroom, we have the bathroom equipped with heater and a spacious shower with screen. The bedroom has a 150x200cm double bed, two designer bed side tables and a wardrobe. Both the living/dining room and the bedroom are equipped with a/c invertors and they have large picture windows overlooking Calle Viento, making both rooms very bright.
Note:
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
