The Villa Busdorf was built in the 18th century on the ancient fortress wall of the medieval city of Paderborn. It has been lovingly restored and furnished with antiques and contemporary art. There are three levels and each one is divided into individual apartments.

Super Villa in Paderborn!

Als Gruppe haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt sensationell mitten in Paderborn, fussläufig in der Nähe zum Dom. Ein Garten gehört mit zum Haus, so kann man auch mal in Ruhe die Sonne geniessen. An-/Abreise super unkompliziert incl sehr nettem Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa zum Wohlfühlen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt

Die Villa ist eine tolle Unterkunft! - Mit drei unabhängigen Wohnungen perfekt für eine Gruppe mit Kind, Pärchen und Freunden. Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Schöner Garten für gemeinsames Essen und die perfekte Lage, um Paderborn zu erkunden, selbst der Marktkauf für den Einkauf ist nah dran. Ein- und Ausladen war kein Problem, Parkplätze und Parkhäuser sind in der Nähe. Die Vermieter waren super nett, gut erreichbar und komplett unkompliziert im Kontakt. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben!

Schön gelegene Villa

Wir hatten die Villa für ein Wochenende gebucht, um einen 40ten Geburtstag zu feiern. Das Haus hat 3 Etagen. Jede Etage ist wie eine eigene Wohnung mit Bad und Küche ausgestattet. Zu jeder Etage gibt es auch eigene Schlüssel. Die Wohnungen sind schön eingerichtet. Im Garten gibt es einen großen Tisch mit zwei Bänken. Bis zu acht Leute können daran noch bequem sitzen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, der uns aufgefallen ist: es gibt leider keinen Grill vor Ort. Das uns das vorher bekannt war haben wir einen mitgebracht. Durch die großen Bäume auf und um das Grundstück gibt es sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze im Garten. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Nach wenigen Minuten ist man bereits in der Innenstadt und kann Samstags auf dem Markt am Dom einkaufen. Bäcker, Eis-Pavillon und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Marktkauf) sind alle in einem Umkreis von ca. 600m fußläufig erreichbar. Vor Ort kann man kein Auto parken. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz (bei dem sehr viele freie Plätze vorhanden waren) lag ca. 700m entfernt. Wir konnten ohne Probleme nahe dem Grundstück halten und die Autos entladen.

zentral gelegenes Schmuckstück

Die Villa im Zentrum von Paderborn ist ein echtes Schmuckstück. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Geschmack eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat Charakter und Wohlfühlathmosphäre. Wir haben alle drei Etagen angemietet und die komplette Zeit genossen. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Drei hervorragend ausgestattete Küchen sowie Bäder mit Handtüchern, Fön und sogar Shampoo und Duschbad stehen zur Verfügung. Der Garten lässt genug Platz, um an schönen Tagen draußen zu essen oder sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Der Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und kontaktlos. Die Gastgeber standen jederzeit parat und waren äußerst freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen :)
