Lovely relaxed and peaceful stay in St Aubin de Médoc

Our family party of ten had a lovely time at this villa. The pool is brilliant and the kitchen is well equipped. The villa is close to the wine region and city of Bordeaux, and you have easy access to the stunningly beautiful coastline. We had a great time!

Lovely house

Group visit to Bordeaux for the Rugby World Cup. Plenty of space, nice garden and pool. Great under cover outside seating area for a bbq. 20-25 min taxi into Bordeaux centre or stadium and 20 mins from the airport.

This is an excellent very large property situated in a quiet residential area.There is a large lounge diner with plenty of seating. The kitchen is well equipped. The utility room has washer and dryer and extra fridge freezer. Outside eating for ten people with BBQ. We were a family party of nine who enjoyed a two week stay at this house. The pool is perfect with plenty of room in the garden to relax. There are restaurants, supermarket and bakery within a kilometre. The host is Charming and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Family holiday

Lovely venue for family based holiday. All comforts you'd expect in a home from home. Pool had retractable hard cover, so you can enjoy a family gathering with young children present. Owner very accommodating. Large supermarket 10min cycle ride, if you have bicycles. Tramstop into Bordeaux central about 10-15mins drive. Then circa 30minute tram ride. Would recommend villa. Would recommend.

Family Holiday July/August 2022

We had a fantastic family holiday for a week at this wonderful property. Would highly recommend. The Villa had everything we could wish for, was very spacious and had everything that we may have needed. The pool was fantastic and there were plenty of furniture for outdoor living and eating including areas of open and shade. Nathalie, the host was excellent - she was available to answer any questions via WhatsApp. The location was really good as we hired a car. A peaceful location but only a quick drive to the supermarket and other shops. Also well placed for visiting Bordeaux and the coast.

Great location for a relaxing holiday

We recently stayed at this holiday villa near Bordeaux, which comfortably accommodated our group of seven. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The villa is situated in a rural location, providing a great escape while still being close to Bordeaux—an amazing city that's definitely worth a visit. Although the property is marketed as a luxury villa, it feels more like a family home. While the overall experience was pleasant, the villa could benefit from some updates to furnishings and more thorough cleaning in some areas. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They spent hours playing in the water, and it was a great feature for family fun. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing retreat with a warm and friendly host, this villa would be a great choice. Just be prepared for a more family-oriented villa rather than a high-end luxury experience.

Myself and my two children have just spent a very relaxed week enjoying the facilities at this great house. We had plans to visit this, that, and the other. But found ourselves very happy to just spend the afternoons and evenings lounging by the pool and kicking back. Everything you need is to hand just a short distance away, and although we got pulled in by the homely feel of a the house, there is plenty to do north, south, east, and west of Saint Aubin. We just were happy at ‘home’. Nathalie, the property host, is amazing. She accommodated my small amount of French, and was always available to answer any questions. I could imagine a larger party of friends/family really making the most of the house, but for just the three of us, it still delivered. And I can see us coming back for more in the future. Fantastic holiday. Merci, Nathalie.

De belles vacances

Logement très spacieux, fort bien équipé. Nathalie vous accueille avec gentillesse, très dispo et de bons conseils. Endroit au calme et proche de toutes les facilités. À peine à 20 min de Bordeaux où vous pourrez vous y rendre facilement en combinant voiture et métro, et 30 min de La Canau.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé en famille un moment magique dans cette maison accueillante et à la déco qui nous a beaucoup plue ( beaucoup de tableaux et de meubles en bois). Le salon est immense et chaleureux, propice aux jeux et discussions en famille. La piscine est grande et le jardin très agréable avec de multiples petits coins pour se prélasser sur un fauteuil. Nos ados et jeunes ont disputé des tournois de Ping Pong. Les chambres sont très grandes et lumineuses. La cuisine est incroyablement bien équipée. Bref un petit coin de paradis.

Un séjour aux petits oinons

Avant notre arrivée, la Nathalie nous a accompagné par téléphone à plusieurs reprises pour la préparation de notre séjour afin d'anticiper nos vacances. Pour notre arrivée, celle-ci a sue être très arrangeante, ce qui nous a ensuite permis de découvrir une magnifique maison, dont les espaces et équipement collaient totalement avec son annonce. Par beau temps, le jardin et sa piscine offre un cadre parfait entre amis, et par temps de pluie, les volumes du salon permettent une vie commune très agréable. Nous recommandons à 100% !

House with fabulous pool

We stayed for just two nights and our children spent most the time in the lovely pool, it was lit so it was 11.30 pm before we got them out to go to bed on the last night! House is tucked away in a peaceful, residential location but very quick to local supermarket which had all the provisions we needed. Also a lovely park within 10-15 minutes walking distance with trim trail in the woods which the children enjoyed. Spacious house with lots of sleeping options and we loved eating outside under the shaded covered patio. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Saint Aubin. La maison est très grande il ne manque rien, les petits ont profité du jardin et tout le monde de la piscine. Nathalie nous a très bien accueillie et nous avons profité à fond de notre réunion familiale.

SUPERBE MAISON POUR DES VACANCES REUSSIES

J'ai loué cette maison pour passer quelques jours dans la région bordelaise avec ma famille aux vacances de février. La période ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de la magnifique piscine mais nous avons su apprécier ce jardin magnifique à l'orée d'une foret, les enfants se sont éclatés avec le trampoline géant, et j'ai adoré le calme régnant dans cette superbe propriété et les grandes ballades en foret. La maison est hyper fonctionnelle, spacieuse, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine mais nous avons adoré les feux de cheminée le soir. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et très arrangeants (je crois qu'ils sont rentré de leur vacances un peu plus tard pour nous laisser profiter). J'y retournerai mais cette fois l'été car la piscine chauffée est superbe et il y a mille choses à faire alentours aux beaux jours. Je conseille vivement...
