1.-GET a Voucher to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.
2. CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN TO YOU THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES.

In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our clients and IN THE EVENT THAT THE AIRPORTS AND / OR PORTS OF YOUR COUNTRY ARE CLOSED, FORBIDING YOU FROM ARRIVING AT THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, WE OFFER YOU A EXCHANGEABLE VOUCHER to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.


Magnificent Villa that is characterized to be a great extent both exterior and interior, privacy and tranquility. The perfect cocktail for a wonderful vacation.
Caring for detail has a capacity for 10 people and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Extensive garden with a lawn and another with almond trees. The pool area is ideal to relax in the hammocks or enjoy a perfect family reunion on the covered terrace, also next to the pool we find the bar, with a large assortment of drinks, a 50-liter beer tap and a small perfectly equipped kitchen. The barbecue, the children's play area, the table tennis table and the independent sauna complete the outdoor area. On the other hand, the house is equipped with all kinds of details and amenities, wifi, play station, computer, printer, large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and spacious and tastefully decorated rooms.
The Villa is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the beach and the town of Alcudia. It is a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in harmony with nature and be close to everything without giving up luxury.

Distribution:
The house has 2 floors, on the main floor at the entrance there is a large hall chaired by the staircase that gives access to the first floor. In the left area we find the large kitchen with the dining table for 12 people, and the garage where the laundry is also located. Then there are two rooms with TV, bathroom and access to terraces. In the area to the right of the entrance we have the spacious living room with 4 sofas, an armchair, computer, wifi, tv, satellite, play station, dvd ... and with access to the main terrace next to the incredible pool, bar, barbecue and sauna.
On the upper floor we find 3 rooms, 2 of them with single beds and another with a king-size bed.
All rooms have an exclusive terrace to enjoy total privacy.

Property fully equipped with linens and towels.
Please note that the electricity is not included in the price, the cost is € 0.26 / Kw.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.26 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Please note that there is an additional cost of € 30 for check-in after 10pm.
