Wonderful clean house with an amazing view

Perfect for our family of 7. They house was clean and well maintained. Nice authentic French feel. Every bedroom has a bathroom and they are a good size. AC in all bedrooms and lots of storage. The pool was clean and warm. The view from the windows and yard was incredible. There is a grocery store right down the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Big Place but Awkward Location with a few drawbacks

We needed space for our group of 4 adults and we got it. The apartment (up two flights of stairs, one outside, one inside) was large, with a dining room table that filled what was probably once a living room. The price was also right. But the apartment is located on a busy street, far from walking distance from anything and far from public transit (to the extent that that there is any). The biggest problem is that the apartment wasn't really ready for the type of occupation we normally enjoy. When we arrived there was no soap, spare toilet paper, garbage bags, in fact, nothing. We were directed to a large Carrefour grocery store well down the hill, which we eventually found, thanks to GPS. The parking on site is a bit awkward but it works. The stairs outside have some problems - loose tiles, etc. If price is your main consideration, this property's three bedrooms are a good answer. But there's not much else to it than a low price, in a neighbourhood with nothing to offer and far from shopping. You must have a car,and you better know how to use the GPS sytem. Otherwise, Fort de France is a nightmare.

Le logement est très bien localisé, au centre de la Martinique, ce qui permet de rejoindre le sud ou le nord dans des temps raisonnables.Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt et avons pu récupérer les clés tout de suite, Hélène étant présente à son domicile.Les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent le confort nécessaire à un séjour de 8 jours.Le matelas de la chambre du milieu est très mou.Les équipements du logement sont suffisants également.La piscine est appréciable.

L'annonce sur Abritel mentionne bien que l'appartement se trouve à l'étage d'une villa, d'où la présence de marches à monter(voir les photos). La précision concernant la nécessité de se déplacer en taxi , a été donnée dans l'échange en mars faisant suite à votre réservation. Désolée de la gêne occasionnée néanmoins.

Entre travail et vacances

On était en stage au CHU de Fort de France donc très pratique pour nous l’emplacement ! L’appartement est très lumineux avec une super vue sur la baie de Fort de France. De plus, on a pu profiter de la piscine. Notre hôte était très accueillante et très disponible ! Ce fut un agréable séjour +++ Hâte de revenir !

Excellent séjour

Cette location a été une belle surprise pour notre part car finalement par les photos on ne se rend pas totalement compte de la chance que l'on a de l'avoir choisi. En plus de ça la propriétaire est à l'écoute, communique facilement si besoin et est très réactive. On recommande et nous y reviendrons.

Franchement nickel

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement, la grandeur des pièces, la vue, les sanitaires dans chaque chambre, la cuisine bien aménagée. L'emplacement aussi est très bien, on est à portée de tout à Fort-de-France. La piscine est un vrai plus dont les enfants ont bien profité. Merci

TROP DE RESTRICTIONS

La communication avec la propriétaire est très compliquée d'autant plus que c'est une personne intrusive et invasive qui vit sur place. Se permet de rentrer dans l'intimité des locataires à tout moment. Un respect strict de l'utilisation de la piscine est exigée avec l'arrêt de la pompe (pas de barbecue après 20H...) Séjour non apprécié avec le sentiment d'être épié.

La réservation immédiate sur le site Abritel n’interdit pas la communication préalable via cette même plateforme Abritel en vue de faire un choix de confiance quant au logement à louer. La personne qui a fait la réservation n’a pas indiqué le nombre réel de personnes devant louer le logement : leur nombre effectif a été supérieur à 5. Incluant un ou des enfants de 0 à 2 ans, âge non autorisé dans le règlement. Même règlement qui mentionne « pas d’évènement ». Quid du savoir-vivre d' occupants qui le jour du départ laissent les boutons de la gazinière en position ouvert et les lumières de toutes les pièces du logement allumées, sans même faire l’état des lieux au départ.

Les horaires d'arrivée dans l'hébergement n'ont pas été respectés. Nous n'avons pu avoir les clés qu'à 18h30. Fort dommage car les enfants n'ont pas pu profiter de la piscine, piscine qui malheureusement n'était pas nettoyé( abords non entretenus) . Sinon, hébergement bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine , linges de maison, séchoir, sèche cheveux, aspirateur, jeux de société, machine à laver, etc...)

Superbe séjour en Martinique

Nous sommes 3 étudiants infirmiers venus faire un stage au CHU de Martinique. Nous voulions un logement pas très loin de l'hôpital en voiture et ce logement était parfait ! Nous avons été bien accueilli par Hélène dès le premier jour. Nous avions une place de parking au sein de la propriété ainsi que l'accès à la piscine. Nous étions indépendants et les propriétaires étaient fort agréables et se montraient à notre disposition lorsque nous voulions leur demander quelque chose. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec une salle de bain et WC. Nous recommanderions ce logement à toutes personnes véhiculées qui voudraient venir pour le travail ou visiter cette fabuleuse île.

Extended vacation

We extended our stay in Martinique last minute and this property met all of our needs. It is a way out of the city and since we didn’t have a car had to depend on taxi service but it was well worth it.

Nous étions 7 étudiants infirmiers pour un stage de 6 semaines en Martinique. Le logement a été très bien pour nous. Propre, bonne localisation, piscine pour se rafraîchir :) propriétaires arrangeants. Seul petit bémol, proximité des voisins (sur l'annonce, nous n'avions pas fait attention qu'il y avait 2 logements en dessous du notre ), mais cela n'a pas été un souci une fois au courant. Je referai ce séjour dans ce logement !

Great location, clean, wonderful place

We loved staying at this appartment. It is located on the first floor. The owners live on the ground floor. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with each a private bathroom. The semi-open kitchen is quite big, you can eat with a wonderful view. You have your own parking space. The appartment is ideally located: near the supermarket, gas station, highway, airport, hospital (CHU Pierre Zobda Quitman where we did our internship), ... You have access to the swimming pool. It has everything you need (towels, bedsheets, kitchen utensils, cleaning tools, airconditioning in the bedrooms, wi-fi ...) The owners, Samuel and Hélène, are incredibly helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Nous avons aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement. L'appartement est situé au premier étage. Les propriétaires habitent au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a 3 chambres spacieuses avec chacune une salle de bain privée. La cuisine semi-ouverte est assez grande, vous pouvez manger avec une vue magnifique. Vous avez votre propre espace de stationnement. L'appartement est idéalement situé: près du supermarché, station service, l' autoroute, l'aéroport, l'hôpital (CHU Pierre Zobda Quitman où nous avons effectué notre stage), ... Vous avez accès à la piscine. Les propriétaires, Samuel et Hélène, sont incroyablement serviables et gentils. Nous recommandons certainement cet endroit magnifique..
