Thanksgiving Trip

We came from north Florida to spend time with family in St. Petersburg. This property was great for us because they took pets and they were located less then 2 miles from my mother in laws place. Only downfall was that the pool wasn’t heated. Place was clean and updated with the exception of some furniture. Backyard had a lot of privacy. It was nice that there was a property manager that lived a few houses away that was available for any questions or concerns. We would stay here again!

Great house within easy driving distance to beaches

Enjoyed the house, especially the pool! The beds are quite high off the ground which was a bit unusual, but they were quite comfy. Tv only in one bedroom was a bit disappointing for my kiddo, but otherwise had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, made for an easy drive to beaches. Would return again.

More than just a place to stay

Very clean, well appointed, well laid out, very convenient, what one would expect, but there was so much more! Secure, the prettiest house on the block within a great neighborhood. And more! The setup, comfortable, hot water, cool a/c, great beds, great pool, and even more!, the decorations, and it all comes together to make the great thing about this property, the one thing I enjoyed myself, is that it made me feel like this was home! I’ve stayed at a few different properties, this is the one I want to come back to! My children enjoyed it, my wife too, and we do visit the area semi-frequently and we’ll be back in this home!…

Quiet tropical retreat in convenient location

We were in the area to meet family. The location was very convenient to St Petersburg, to beaches, and also to Tampa. The garden like back yard was delightful. It was a great break from the crowds at hotels, beaches and spring break dining crowds. Grocery stores were convenient. There is a nice sized pool, plenty of pool toys for young and not so young, a gas grill and lots of private outside space and lawn furniture. The home is pet friendly and it’s perfect for since the yard is fully fenced. The owner is amazing. We had some questions and she was super responsive which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend for a home away from home feeling.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath home was wonderful and relaxing. Full kitchen set up, very clean and the backyard/patio/pool area was wonderful. Unfortunately, Mother Nature wasn't fully cooperative with rain and 50/low 60 degree weather. We were at St. Pete's Pier in 20 minutes and went to the gulf shores in 20 minutes. Very centrally located. 9 miles from PIE airport. Highly recommend.

This home was convenient, clean, and location was great! Our only issue was trying to reach Evolve (Property Manager) but the owner was very responsive and helpful, and even offered to let us stay a couple more days when our flight was cancelled.

The whole family had a great time.

Despite the red tide kind of ruining our beach plans, we all had a great vacation, mostly because of this amazing rental. The pool was awesome and a huge hit with everyone.

Nice stay in this 3 bedroom home!

What stood out about this rental experience was the promptness of the property manager in responding to any questions/concerns. For example, there was a problem with the pump for the pool, and Lin responded to my text IMMEDIATELY and had the pool technician out the very first thing the next morning to evaluate the situation.

We were looking for a temporary place to stay in St Pete's and happened upon this lovely bit of paradise. The home itself presents a comfortable and peaceful feel of a bygone era and the garden a lovely piece of paradise filled with beautiful plants, birds and butterflies. The pool lends to the charm and allows for even more relaxation. My family loved the home and we would highly recommend it for all traveler's to St Pete's. Backyard Oasis

The pool and backyard area are wonderful. Quiet for morning coffee and for evening chill. Bathwater pool....clean and clear. Enjoyed the location and accessibility to everything. Safe neighborhood. House is beautiful. Living area is formal but spent most of our time outside.
