Forget your worries in this safe, spacious and serene hidden Gem that seats on 10 acres in Apopka.
Our property sleeps 8 comfortably. It is perfect for vacationing, wintering or working. We welcome contractors! We have both fast Wi-Fi to work from home and also a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy as well as ample secure parking space for work trucks, cars, boats or RV's (see pictures).

It felt like family. Two month seems like a long time but these guys were cool, they get up every morning and went to work and they respect the place. I would love to host them again.

The house was great for hosting the Florida family for Christmas. My neice was head over heels with the outdoor tv. We were close to a lot of fun stuff to do while we were there.

Great stay at a lovely home.

This was a great getaway home, good location, clean and well appointed. Very roomy for our whole crew! We were very lucky to find it in busy Lake County. Gaudy was a great communicator and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

We gathered for a celebration of life and this was the perfect setting for the whole family. Quiet, clean and spacious. The property is gated so lots of room for the kiddos to play safely and the adults to relax. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Awesome Space

The property was well-maintained, and the location was ideal—just 15 minutes from my daughter's house. We loved the porch area, which featured a fridge, TV, and a large bar. It offered great privacy with a gated entrance. Jennifer was extremely responsive to all communication. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

A hot tub was never claimed in the description nor have pictures of one. The reservation was made 6 weeks in advance and there was an open communication ever since. I happily accepted and took care of the accommodations wife requested before arrival for them to have a great experience which was accomplished as per wife's message upon check out, she quoted "we had a fantastic time!". With these being said, a hot tub was never brought up to subject or I would have advised to cancel their reservation. As fas as the door, it was the frame, not the hinges that somehow got loose. When guest reported it, my handyman and I showed up at the house as it was previously agreed but then guest changed his mind and denied the service saying not to worry about it. Frame has been fixed. Not a Compound, only 2 brick houses. My family of 5 live in the front of the property and the STR/MTR in the back. We do have other structures: my husband's cave, my She-Shed, my mother’s 24’ camper where she stays when she’s visiting, a barn and 2 sheds for storage within the 10 acres.

Door off hinge. One of toilets didn’t flush occasionally. No top for kitchen trash can several areas poor paint touch-up. Floors really dirty.No laundry. Just not great especially for crawling baby. Host was responsive to request for more sheets and towels. Towels felt like cardboard. I wouldn’t recommend

Great Quiet and Spacious Area in Apopka

This place was disgusting!

The owners had their personal junk all over the patio of the house that we rented. Trash was all over the barbecue area. Empty cans of food left on the counters of the BBQ area. In the kitchen the oven had never been cleaned...I don’t think !The coffee pot had coffee grounds in it that had turned green. We told the owners and they just took the coffee pot out of the kitchen and took it outside on our patio and stuck it on the barbecue area. she said she would talk to her husband about getting a new one and they never did. The outside of the home looked like it had been abandoned for years . Horrible experience ....

I would like to say thank you for choosing my place for your stay. It was quite of an experience hosting you and your guest. I am terribly sorry that you feel like that about my place after going overboard for you and your 6 guests for a very early check-in . I do see that you have a history of writing bad reviews after a stay but I will not let your negative opinions and the attitude of entitlement interfere from me doing my job of being a great host .That was the shortest guest stayed that I’ve had since hosting....a total of 2 nights and my longest stayed was for 60 nights . Shortly after you’ve checked out I have a stay for 30 nights. I’m not sure about your motives but you should treat your host with an attitude of entitlement. I welcome to be your host with all of your friends but a much better attitude this time around. Thank You...Much Appreciated .
