10,000 sq.ft. of living on Large Private landscaped lot overlooking the beautiful Grace Bay. Home is newly renovated with all new furnishings. All suites have new king or double queen pillow topped beds, private ensuites and walk in closets, a kitchenette with fridge and coffee pot, all new linens and TV's. All Rooms have an amazing view over the patio, pool and 180 degree view of Grace Bay. The outdoor kitchen and work out gym has everything one would need. There are plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach. Snorkel gear, umbrellas, coolers and water toys are all available for use.

The Dolphin House has 10,000 sq. ft. of living space located off Cherokee Road only a two minute walk down to the water. It has a 180 degree view of the ocean from every spot on the property. The breeze and views are some of the best on the Island.
