Ambiance

Magnificent Four Mile Beach can be yours, or you can get a perfect tan lounging around the shared 25m pool, set amongst secluded lush tropical foliage.

Prada is within a small and exclusive complex of only 10 architecturally designed, multi-level villas. The high vaulted ceilings, white window shutters and circling fans create a colonial, relaxed, yet sophisticated modern atmosphere that can be climate controlled with the touch of a button. Add contemporary furnishings, and you have an eclectic mix of styles that not only satisfies your need for the highest level of comfort, but also the senses.



Floor Plan

With open plan living encompassing a European kitchen and large dining / lounge that flows seamlessly on to the main terrace, you can enjoy indoor and outdoor entertaining.

The multi-level design separates living and sleeping areas. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own ensuite and private courtyard. The third bedroom accesses a patio, has two single or king beds and makes use of the generous 3rd bathroom.

The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. A private retreat and balcony with sweeping views towards the marina and surrounding mountains provide you with a resort setting.

The exclusive Prada is very private and secure with remote controlled gates and double garage access providing the convenience of accommodating 2 cars, or a car and boat.

Prada has all the latest home distractions, including a large "smart" TV with Foxtel IQ3 (including movies and on demand), surround sound home theatre system and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Prada is the perfect villa for a romantic getaway, honeymoon or relaxing holiday for up to 6 adults.
The property is not suited for children under 16.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Prada and very highly recommend. Immaculate property so close to the street with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Communication excellent. Do yourself a favour stay here it doesn’t disappoint !!

We had a terrific week staying at the villa. It’s spacious, tastefully appointed, comfortable and quiet. Gorgeous tropical garden views from most windows. We didn’t need a car, as everything is within walking distance. Excellent communication from Tony.

Perfect Location....

This is a beautiful villa with everything you could possibly want. Excellent communication with regards to check in process. The villa was in a central location close to the shops, marina, beach and market. We absolutely loved our stay here. Thankyou Tony and Harriet.

Amazing Place to Stay

We stayed at the property for 7 nights, cannot recommend it highly enough it’s so close to everything, beautifully furnished and has everything you need at your fingertips. The villa is in a quiet complex and the pool area is stunning. Not too mention Tony’s communication was outstanding before we arrived and on arrival Harriet had everything sorted for us. If your thinking of staying Port Douglas do yourself a favour and stay here you won’t regret a second of it!!

Birthday Getaway

We'd been planning a getaway for our special significant birthdays, and we were delighted with our choice to stay at 'Prada' The superb villa met all of our expectations and the photos of the property were accurate. I still walked in and said 'Wow' in the main living space.The kitchen was well kitted out with all that you would need, and some basic pantry items.The bedrooms were all a good size, particularly the master, and the beds ensured a good night's sleep.We loved staying here for it's comfort, ideal location just uphill from Macrossan Street, but not really noisy as the trees filtered the noise. We had a hire car, so we could go further afield to Mossman Gorge, shopping and botanic gardens in Cairns on the way, etc. but you can easily spend a week without one. Everything is in easy walking distance. The lap pool is a dream, with a few loungers and chairs available to chill out on.Tony and Harriet were excellent at communicating with us. We highly recommend staying here, it was perfect!

Holidaying in Port Douglas

We were extremely happy with our choice of property. The property itself was tastefully furnished and spacious enough to accommodate an adult family of 5. The location was terrific with everything on our doorstep, making it very easy for different family members to indulge in visiting cafes/restaurants, shopping or just heading out for a walk whenever. We were also pleased with having a decent lap pool to keep up with some regular exercise as well as just for some poolside relaxation. We would absolutely book this property again.

Beautiful villa. Fantastic location.

The villa is beautiful. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. So clean and fresh and well laid out. We traveled with our adult children, but also perfect for 3 couples with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very well equipped in the kitchen, although we did not cook for the week with so many fantastic restaurants a 1-5 minute stroll away. We were the only people to use the pool the whole stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet. 5 minute walk to Four Mile Beach. We loved our stay and will be back. Tony was fantastic with communication as well as Harriet for check-in. Fantastic all round. And a beautiful bottle of complimentary red wine to begin our relaxation. Thank you.

What a great space for 3 couples. Each room has its own bathroom. Spacious living areas and deck.Very well equipped kitchen, laundry and activities (games, books).The pool area is fabulous - well kept, gorgeous gardens. Our host was very well organised and had great communication leading up to our stay, and our local property manager was just fantastic and super helpful. As for the location - you couldn’t get anywhere better.

Superb location and space for everyone

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Port Douglas at this property. Best bits : comfortable beds, household essentials such as dishwashing soap & bin liners provided, great communal pool, mid week cleaning service, very secure, right in the heart of PDBad bits : if I had to pick something to show a balanced review it would be the noise from the road behind this building. People wake up early so we heard some car noise from 6am but it was minimal.

We can't recommend Prada highly enough. We were so pleased with everything from the timely acceptance of our booking request, the thoughtful communication from the host, the comprehensive instructions on locating the property and the responses from the property manager during our stay. Prada is so much more than a holiday rental, it is like staying in someone's home. It is beautifully appointed and even though the online photos and description are 100% accurate, there is still a sense of wow when you open the door. The location is close to everything - barely a 2 minute walk from Macrossan Street and a short level walk to the beach. We would stay here again without hesitation and can't recommend it highly enough.

Perfect place to stay in Port Douglas

This place was fantastic. Loved every minute of our time here . Communication was great from start to finish. Close to everything but once you walk through the gates you are in another world. Gardens and pool fantastic. Very private. Great chatting with the other residents who recommended great places to eat. We were three Adult couples and found that this ticked all the boxes. Plenty of space ,spent most of our time around the table on the deck, when we weren’t out exploring .Thanks Tony and Lyn for letting other people share your slice of paradise. Thanks Harriet for great communication and easy check in and check out. We would all highly recommend this property
