Our welcoming beach house includes five comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three living areas—including a pool house— Offering ample space for everyone to unwind. Each room showcases tasteful beach-chic decor that creates a cozy, rustic atmosphere, making it the perfect setting for your beach holiday. Our beach house offers a warm, lived-in vibe that invites you to settle in and make it your own.
Gather in the inviting living areas, where large windows provide breathtaking water views. The open-plan layout allows for easy connection, whether you're preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing in the comfortable sitting areas.
Step outside to find your own outdoor oasis. The spacious outdoor decks are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in panoramic views of the shimmering ocean, or for evening barbecues after a day spent soaking up the sun on the beach. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the infinity pool or relax in the hot tub as you unwind in your private Villa.

Please note that living close to the Ocean and frequent bookings can lead to some wear and tear on the house, we continuously work to enhance our amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This isn't a contemporary showcase home; it's a cozy, lived-in beach house that invites comfort and relaxation.

We are the owners and managers, of the property. We live at the same location, we are dedicated to making your visit as pleasant as possible. We are available to assist with any questions or recommendations, providing you with valuable local insights so you can truly live like a local and make the most of your time on Australia’s Northern Beaches.

Due to the extensive preparations necessary for your visit, we require a minimum booking of 7 nights, and 14 nights during the Christmas and New Year period.

Great Vacation in Freshwater

Great vacation rental for a family of 10! We were in town for a family wedding and it was exactly what we were looking for.…plenty of room, fully stocked, amazing views, nice location, pool, hot tub, etc. Perfect beach house!

Holiday getaway

We had a wonderful time at the property owned by Mr. and Mrs. Roberts. The home was spacious and had a gorgeous view overlooking the ocean. It was located near several attractions and features of the locality, including shopping, restaurants and beaches. My wife and I and our three children enjoyed our 12 days on the property and found it to be entertaining, spacious and relaxing. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get away to an Australian adventure.

What A Place

It was a magic place. We had 7 adults & 3 kids stay for a long weekend & couldn't have been happier. The pool, the pool room, the double fridge & freezers & the roomy kitchen made for an amazing stay. And the owner was brilliant - very approachable, but very efficient.

Best holiday ever!

We had such a great time in Sydney! This house made our time very special. Im so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. The house was terrific! Amazing! The kitchen was well equipped, The bedrooms were well thought out, do much living space, 4 bathrooms made it easy with our large family and all the special effort Jeeves went to, to make our holiday a very memorable. We would highly recommend this beach house.

Exceptional Home

This is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. Superb location with spectacular views close to the beach, with all the amenities -- pool, hot tub, huge kitchen, outdoor entertaining spaces…The house is incredibly clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with a superbly appointed kitchen. The bathrooms are large and well-stocked with soaps and lotions. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful, kind and relaxed, and provided everything one could need, from surfboards to coolers to bring to the beach. Highly, highly recommend!

Great house, relaxing stay

We are a family of 6 who had a wonderful stay at Freshwater Beach Living. Communication with Jeeves was great - easy and prompt. The house is spacious and comfortable, filled with natural light and has everything you could wish for to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We all loved coming home to relax in the pool or simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. The views are absolutely spectacular and visible from almost all areas of the house! We'd love to come back one day for some more R&R. Thanks Jeeves.

Fantastic house for Family Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this house which has everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. Jeeves is an excellent host and the little extra things provided such as fresh flowers an afternoon tea platter and wine on arrival made all the difference. The blow up toys were already in the spa awaiting our grand children - just a shame the weather was not in our side to utilise the pool but the hot spa had a good work out! Would highly recommend

Amazing Host - stunning house and location

A Home away from Home with an incredible view in the best location. Jeeves was a beautiful host who was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in making our stay feel very special. The house was amazing - it was comfortable, clean, spacious and well thought out. Walking distance to everything, although you can simply stay at the house as it really has everything you need. Wonderful host, amazing place!

First of all Jeeves was an outstanding host. Helping arrange our food shop to even putting it away was a dream start. She was attentive but also distant which was ideal for everyone. The house itself is just great. The photos don’t do it justice. The cupboards are stocked with everything and more that you could need. The facilities have something for everyone. Above all the place is just a dream to sit back, relax and watch the sun and sea from so many places.

Lovely home with beautiful views

Jeeves is an excellent host and very helpful and responsive. The home provides plenty of room for privacy but great space for gathering also. Well stocked with beautiful views and excellent location. Our family enjoyed our time and the kids loved the pool and hot tub considering part of our stay was rainy. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our time at Freshwater, Jeeves was super helpful, easy to deal with and all round fantastic host. Few issues with flights and covid and was massively accommodating. The property is as great if not better than in the pics, beautiful views and great local hospitality with a short drive into Sydney. Really enjoyed the trip, thanks again! 🥳

Sydney Staycation

This was a first class experience for me and my family from start to finish. We could not be grateful enough to Jeeves and her family. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, which has jaw dropping views and a wonderful pool, but for me the location was the best - right in between two of the best beaches in Sydney!! We cannot wait to get back there and my family is now looking to move to the area based on this stay. Could not recommend this house enough to inter-State or overseas travellers, or Sydneysiders, like us, looking for a break from the hussle and bussle of inner city living.

Fantastic place

We have just returned home from 11 nights in Freshwater. The home is perfect for the sort of holday we were after. The beaches are minutes away, the views spectacular, and the sound of the waves at night and the cooling sea breeze are what its all about. The place is easily the best equiped holiday home we've ever stayed in, and Jeeves and Michael are welcoming hosts. Hard to fault.

Freshwater Paradise

I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for fabulous beach holiday. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts and amenities of home. Additionally, Jeeves is a phenomenal host who took the time to warmly greet us upon arrival with delicious pastries and refreshing drinks. She has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay and we couldn't be more appreciative. In addition to the charming decor, the house boasts spectacular views and we spent many hours lounging in the pool and watching the nearby surfers and beach goers at Curl Curl Beach. We've also enjoyed frequent walks to nearby Freshwater and Manly Beach, as well as the town of Freshwater. We have had a wonderful time here and can't wait to come back!

Would have given 6 stars if we could.

Our family of 6 had the most amazing time in Sydney staying here in Freshwater. The accommodation, location, owners, neighbourhood and neighbours were all outstanding. We have stayed in Australia many times but this was out first by the beach and in a house of our own. We loved every minute of it and hopefully Jeeves will let us come back. The house is spacious, well presented, well stocked with everything we needed and more to have my family over for Christmas Day with an abundance of glasses, crockery, cutlery and serving platters. Loads of entertainment for all and everyone loved the table tennis table. The supply of boogie-boards, towels, buckets and spades meant we were able to be on the beach within a few hours of getting there. Jeeves couldn't have been more helpful leading up to our stay with so many ideas and tips despite having a major holiday of her own to prepare for. Her recommendations were brilliant. We took advantage of the location and got an Opal card for the bus, which is a 2 min walk, and ferry at Manly. We went between Curl Curl and Freshwater beach and enjoyed a few lunches and dinners at Diggers. We are planning a return trip to Aus in the next couple of years and wouldn't' want to stay anywhere else. A massive thank you to Jeeves and her family for giving us an amazing holiday.
