Blue Seas on the Esplanade

This beachfront 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for family holidays or romantic getaways. It is an upstairs unit in a block of only 4, located just 5 minutes walk from the Victor Harbor town centre and a hop step and jump across the Esplanade to a quiet swimming and walking beach. The apartment has been newly renovated with a complete new kitchen (photos to come), painted throughout and new floorings, making it even more comfortable and clean. Listen to the waves and watch for whales from the comfort of your sofa or perhaps take a bike ride on the designated trail that runs straight past your door. Or you may like to take in some fishing from the jetty or get a little closer to the penguins on a evening tour on Granite Island - both just 5 minute walk. You can also access the Hysen Trail from the apartment to hike for an hour or a day.
The main rooms and balcony offer 180 degree uninterrupted ocean views taking in the Bluff, the beautiful Granite Island and the causeway.

Facilities

Blue Seas on the Esplanade is a full service apartment, with a roomy Queensize Bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and hip bath, sink and toilet, another toilet is located in the laundry with the auto washing machine. The living/dining area has a dining setting, a roomy linen couch and recliner just made for laying back and watching the waves roll in - also a TV/DVD with a library of DVD's. The full service kitchen includes stove, oven, fridge, microwave, puratap and dishwasher. The reverse cycle air conditioner keeps you comfortable all year round. The balcony has a two seater outdoor setting, ideal for a cuppa and the morning paper! There also is free WiFi.

Wonderful 2 bedroom unit with amazing views of the ocean and Granite Island. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you could want. Location is very central, only 5 minute walk to town centre. We were here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! :) Will definitely return!

Blue Seas best location for Victor Harbor!

We found Blue Seas extremely comfortable & a perfect location for all activities in Victor Harbor. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, tram Pier ride to Granite Island, cockles train etc.

Lovely view out of the window! Unfortunately the furniture is a bit tired, couch was lacking in base support and the two armchairs provided were broken, one, the back and the other the armrest. Apart from that it was all lovely.

Enjoyable stay

Ideal sized, well appointed accommodation for two. We had a lovely stay, only marred by next door neighbours having an all night party on our first night! I would recommend block out curtains (very bright in the early mornings) and mattress toppers for the beds in the second bedroom, but other than that the apartment was very comfortable, and the view, of course, was beautiful.

The location and area are beautiful.The outlay of the unit is excellent.The hot water is dangerous.Can it be turned down at all? The supply of linen was excellent.The little reverse cycle airconditioner struggles to heat the open living area.I even made an effort to keep the slide door shut into the hallway.Occasionally it blew cold.
