Situated in the heart of The Village, this property is in a highly ideal location. Our home is a few minutes walk to the historic Hotel Del Coronado and the Coronado beach. Coronado's beach is known for its lush vegetation, Mediterranean like climate and hundreds of yards of beautiful white, sparkling sand. It is consistently voted one of the top beaches in the country every year.
Stroll down Orange Avenue and enjoy shopping, restaurants, the Vintage Village movie theatre, Lambs Playhouse, The Public Library, art galleries, playgrounds, a skate park and so much more. A full range of activities on the island include biking, paddle boarding, surfing, sailing, swimming, tennis and golf. The newly renovated Community Center boasts an olympic size swimming pool, a basketball and multi use court, youth and adult activities and a fitness center with a beautiful view of Glorietta Bay. Summer concerts in Spreckels Park is a local favorite.
Enjoy dining and shopping on the waterfront at the Coronado Ferry Landing. Bikes, kayaks, surreys and stand up paddle board rentals are all available here. Take the ferry to downtown SanDiego - Petco Park, The U.S.S.Midway, the Maritime Museum, San Diego Symphony, Little Italy and much more.
