Anne has recently renovated the house with new bathrooms kitchen etc and added an entertainment area on the top deck with new outdoor kitchen & BBQ. A spacious well appointed house with ocean views for an enjoyable holiday on Fraser Island. 6 bedrooms on 2 levels with 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens. Sleeps up to 16 people in 12 beds and is ideal for 2 or 3 family groups. Noller Place also suits the fishing party who appreciates a touch of luxury after a hard day fishing for tailor off the beach. Fillet your fish at the convenient fish cleaning facility then relax on the large decks with a drink with your friends and brag about the days catch and soak up the ocean views. Living areas are spacious and the kitchens fully equipped with gas stoves, mircowaves, 4 large fridge/freezers plus a freezer and full range of cooking and eating utensils. Ceiling fans for comfort in the warmer months. A 2 vehicle carport ideal for unpacking your car in the shade or out of the rain. There is a BBQ on each level. Part of top deck is built in as an entertainment area with Bar & drinks fridge with a convenient modern BBQ & outdoor kitchen. Satellite TVs & DVDs on both levels.

Ground Floor: 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have queen beds. Bedroom 3 has queen bed & single. Bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen - fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer. Open living/dining area with satellite TV & DVD & CD player and ceiling fans. BBQ. Large deck with outdoor furniture. Laundry with auto washing machine, large fridge/freezer, plus a freezer and storage area. Top floor: 3 bedrooms. No.1 has queen bed. No. 2 has queen bed with set of bunk beds. No.3 has 2 sets of bunk beds. 2 bathroom/toilets New Kitchen - fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, pantry. Open living/dining area with bar, satelliteTV & DVD & CD player and ceiling fans. Power is supplied by state of art solar system with generator backup. Guests are requested not to bring any appliances with heating elements including hair dryers. The protected entertainment area on top deck features a Bar & drinks fridge plus outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The large covered deck with outdoor furniture has ocean views and you may even spot whales during the season.
For the convenience of Fishermen there is an undercover fish cleaning facility.
Please note that you will be holidaying in a remote location were labour such as cleaners are not available and you will be renting on a "self clean basis". You are required to leave the house as it was presented to you. Unfortunately there is no commercial laundry on Fraser Island so you must bring your own linen including top & bottom sheet, pillow case & towel. (Sleeping bags are not allowed). Linen can be hired from the local Fraser Island Retreat but you need to confirm with them in advance. We supply pillows, blankets & tea towels. Note, a security deposit is required which may be used to cover any cost associated with cleaning and non compliance with our linen requirement.

Absolutely beautiful location and tonnes of room for the 3 families of 4 that we went with. The house is extremely well set up for cooking and car parking. Love this place and will definately be going back. Happy valley is also an excellent location to go and do all the majors of the island.
Excellent house, everything is well equiped, good amount of space. Lots of beds, and lots of sitting/ chill out spots. Beautiful breeze and close to shop and eli creek
Just stayed for 9 nights, 100metres from Tavern and fuel, great facilities, spacious for groups with up stairs and down stairs, close to Eli Creek, able to use inland tracks when tides are high. 2nd time staying in this house and would go back again.

Everything you could want in a holiday home, the most relaxing trip we have ever had. You have a great view of the ocean from the top and lower deck, what more could you want!! The living area's were huge, the bedrooms were great & the beds were comfy. We will absolutely be making this our regular stay on Fraser Island!!
Property was as advertised in both layout and position. Photos were accurate and all amenities were in good working order. Check in was easy.

We were four families sharing the house for a week. The house is spacious and so well equipped with everything you need. The location is great, just a short walk to the store/pub/beach. Kevin and Kim were so responsive when we had a couple of minor queries. Paul and Anne were also excellent to communicate with. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the property. Just make sure you bring extra toilet paper as it is very expensive at the shop!
Great house to spend a week on K'gari with family and friends. 12 of us in total. House was amazing. Very well set up for a large group of people. Very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Managers Kevin & Kym were great if we had a problem. Would definitely recommend.

We all enjoyed staying at this house so much that we’ve already booked to return. The house would suit two families or one large family. The outdoor kitchen area is amazing the large out door tables on the top deck allow for family dinners with a view. There’s nothing that will disappoint with this property.

We recently stayed at Noller place for my husbands birthday trip with family and friends. We had a group of 16 staying at the house, we were hesitant about having so many people in the one house feeling cramped and being in each others way however Noller place is so spacious we all had plenty of space. It is perfectly located in Happy Valley with only short trips to most of the attractions on the island. The property manager Bob was so pleasant to deal with and check in and check out was seamless. The property was clean and tidy on arrival, the decks and bbq area is fantastic for getting together for dinner.
I cannot recommend Noller place any higher, we will be back.

The house is spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need. Beautiful big decks where you can see the ocean, a short walk to the beach or to the shop and a lovely green grassy area to play made it the perfect location.
We had a minor issue with the hot water but someone was there within 10 minutes and had it fixed straight away. I highly recommend this home, we will surely be back!

We had 4 families in the one house and everything was very easy and already thought of. Kitchen had everything you needed and having three bathrooms was great with a baby gate at the top
Of the stairs. Everything was easy and we were checked in on during heavy rain to make sure all was ok. Only down side was arriving to cigarette butts on the bottom veranda and the carpet downstairs is growing mould under some of the beds could use a professional clean. We left it a lot cleaner then when we arrived. Would of been good to have an inventory list to help us make sure stuff went back In the right place but we were overall very happy and highly recommend to big groups

Strange, the mattresses are all new as we have a policy of replacing them every 5 years using a good quality brand that we use at home.

Anne Bell and her husband Scott have had a long association with Fraser Island having honeymooned there and then camped with family for many years before buying the property. The house was purchased from Ray Noller who was the original owner in 2000. The house was always known locally as "Noller's Place" so we decided to keep the tradition going with the name "Noller Place". The house was rebuilt in 2001. There have been major refurbishments to keep the house maintained to a high standard to ensure our guests have an enjoyable holiday
Why they chose this property
The house is on one of the highest blocks in Happy Valley and has lovely ocean views. To make the most of the views there are large decks on both levels. Anne has added her personal touch to ensure the house is fully equipped with all the things you would expect to find in your home.
