Jackie & Stephen have owned the property since 2010. We love Shoal Bay and the Port Stephens district for swimming, cycling, golf, walking and all the other things you can do outside.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property to one day eventually to retire to Shoal Bay
What makes this property unique
Short walk (250m) to Shoal Bay Country and other eating venues. Easy access to both the calm waters of Port Stephens or the surf beaches of Fingal Bay and Box Beach.
