The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking, and the dining area has a beautiful butcher block table with seating for six guests.

The four bedrooms accommodate any combination of guests. Two king-bed suites, a loft with two full beds, and a bunk room with a twin on top and full on the bottom all come together to provide various sleeping arrangement options for any group.

Warm luxury throughout, traditional architecture, ideal location, and a serene setting all come together to make The Prospector one of Telluride's best vacation homes. In addition, the hiking access, sweeping views of the Valley Floor, and close location to the ski resort make this perfect for summer and winter trips.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- There is no garage parking available, but parking for two medium-sized cars in the driveway.
- This home could allow dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. All pets need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. Pet cleaning is $150 plus $50 / day per dog and will be added to the reservation after approval.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized destination guides and check-In information.
