new villa with very private pool area, on dead-end quiet street, nice views, surrounded by similar beautiful homes. Each bedroom has its own AC wall unit, and its own bathroom with hot water. Living room, dinning room and kitchen is cooled by central AC. Kitchen is fully equipped. Another full bath outside to use in pool area. Nice House at Convenient Location

House is nice with everything needed for a comfortable stay. About 5 minute drive to beaches and hotel zone. Communication with owner is clear but overly frequent and always verbally by phone. Otherwise recommend wholeheartedly.

For almost 10 years we have been travelling to Aruba. This villa was one of the best. Kaz and Maria were always available for us. Thanks for everything! We are very much looking forward seeing you again.
