About this property

Newly remodeled family house is located in a beautiful area of St. Petersburg, near Tampa, Florida. You can walk from home to get to the Publix store . We offer year-round comfortable accommodation in fully equipped house about 7 minutes from the beach, large fenced garden provides plenty of privacy, heated pool (electric + solar heating system), outdoor screen patio seating area, gas grill.
The house is located near the long Gulf Boulevard, stretching along the coast from Clearwater to Saint Pete Beach, there is a wide range of attractions, nice restaurants with outdoor seating by the sea, bars, many of shops with various goods.
There is a possibility of course sports: there are free tennis courts about 2 minutes away (tennis rackets and balls available in the house), cycling trail around 3 minutes from the house (2 bicycles also available free of charge), children course ... then the golf course, mini-golf and go fishing, ride or rent a boat, jet skis, etc ..

Perfect for families

Very clean, fun place to stay! Perfect for families with the pool and playground. The only problem we had was that VRBO had a different address than what the owner had which created much confusion with deliveries. The owner was very responsive to this and helpful!

Relaxing, clean, inviting home. Great for family or anyone!

Great vacation house. Pictures accurately describe this relaxing, inviting home. The backyard area was where we spent most of our time. The pool was perfect for families with children. The host was attentive and responsive. We had 1 question as soon as we arrived, and the host responded very quickly which we greatly appreciated. Nice neighborhood. There is a park about 2 minutes away which had a huge playground. Would highly recommend this home. We would love to come back to stay again!

Amazing!

This home was exactly what the pictures depicted. I traveled with grandchildren ranging from 3-14.There was something for everyone. The pool was perfect size. The location was minutes from Publix, the Gulf Blvd., John Pass and Tampa. The property was clean, fenced in backyard provided comfort for the parents concerning toddler, the neighborhood so quiet. Richard was easily accessible and welcoming. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation with my family! We would stay again if invited!
