We cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is nor how much we liked our hosts! It’s very convenient to MD Anderson/Medical Center, great restaurants nearby, grocery store within a mile, and great neighborhood for walking.

Larch House was a wonderful surprise. From the moment we arrived, I immediately felt “at home.” The house is extremely comfortable, tastefully furnished and beautifully accessorized. Patsy, the owner and host, has excellent taste, and it shows throughout the home.The beds are very comfortable, the linens and towels are upscale and plush, and thoughtful little touches are everywhere. Patsy truly seems to have thought of everything—and then some.We came to Houston for my initial appointments at MD Anderson, and staying at Larch House went a long way toward easing the stress that naturally comes with a trip like this. It is hard to put a price on having such beautiful, comfortable and peaceful surroundings to come home to after a long day at the cancer center.Larch House exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Patsy, for creating such a special place.

The hosts are very accommodating, and took care of our every need. Fresh flowers, a charcuterie board, and a bottle of wine were waiting for us—so thoughtful! The kitchen is well stocked, and the appliances are first class. The location is very convenient for appointments at the med center. Fun shops and good restaurants are close. Highly recommend!

The home was perfectly located to shoot our needs for the Rodeo at Nrg Stadium grocery stores find dining where all with an easy reach in our vehicle. The host was magnificent. Everything was great or recommend this property to anyone and we will be staying again.

This was one of the cutest properties we’ve stayed in. The owner met us at check in, gave us a little tour, had treats waiting on the counter and in the fridge! Just lovely. And very clean! Such a warm and comfortable space. Oh, and the decor….. so beautiful and well-done. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! The host greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour/information for our stay.The home was fully stocked for our visit, very clean, comfortable, and accommodating.We were treated to a Cheese/Fruit Tray along with a wonderful bottle of wine. We also received a Kolache/Fruit Tray on Saturday. This will be our “Go To” stay when we visit Houston.

Great Stay!

The house is a perfect location and Patsy and Felix were very accommodating. Fridge came stocked with a few essentials and woke up to a free breakfast every morning. Definitely a great place to stay with young kids. Will stay again!

Lovely Home

Wonderful hosts. Comfy beds, nice linens, and well appointed. Location was perfect for going to the Med Center and visiting family. Pet friendly. Would like to stay here again!

Patsy is a wonderful and considerate host. She created a warm and welcoming environment. Upon arrival, we found soft music playing, a bottle of wine, a beautifully arranged tray with a variety of cheese, crackers, bread, nuts and grapes. Beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

The house is well-laid out for family gathering around the dining room table or in the living room, kitchen is well-stocked and host's food and drink offerings were much appreciated, beds are great, and host responded immediately and was very accommodating.
