Discover your perfect getaway in this charming studio, nestled in the tranquil community of Bonita, just minutes south of vibrant downtown San Diego and conveniently located near the freeway for easy and quick access to all areas of the county.
Designed for comfort and relaxation, this cozy studio features a plush king bed, a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs, and a bathroom with shower. Step outside to a sparkling swimming pool, picnic tables, and a beautifully landscaped outdoor haven on our safely gated 2½-acre property. On a warm day, refresh yourself in the Oasis, a shaded seating area beneath stately palm trees, refreshed by cooling ocean breezes on warm days. As evening falls, gather around the intimate fire pit to enjoy the starry nights.

The property is alive with the songs of many birds, adding to the serene ambiance, and three friendly dogs who call this retreat home. Kizzy, our resident greeter, is eager to be your loyal companion during your stay. The studio is located next to our family home, and we, the owners, are delighted to welcome you personally and love seeing our guests enjoy the property’s amenities. While the studio offers a private and comfortable space, please note that it is not a secluded retreat. We often spend time in the shared garden and pool areas, and if you prefer a completely isolated stay without seeing us around the property, this studio may not be the best fit for you. However, if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming environment with a touch of furry hospitality, this is the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and community. Book now for an unforgettable retreat!

A hidden gem of tranquility in an urban setting. Jenny and her entire family were very accommodating and welcoming, not to mention generous with access to additional amenities. Worth every penny and perfectly located to my family’s location. Would recommend for a couple or family of 3 comfortably with air mattress they would provide. We had a great experience staying at the Casita. Jennifer and family are terrific hosts and made our stay very comfortable. The property is amazing and our toddler loved the dogs, chickens, and pool. I would absolutely recommend this stay.

We would give this 10 stars, if possible. Very comfortable, both the casita and the grounds. Loved Jenny, our host, she is the best! It was fun having the chickens there, fresh eggs every morning, and roaming the property. Best of all, the dogs, especially Kizzy, who adopted us, stood watch outside our room whenever we were there, and followed us everywhere. We really felt like we had our own dog for a week! Can't wait to return, we miss it and Kizzy already!The property is only a mile from the village of Bonita, which has a great supermarket (Vons) and lots of restaurants. A great exercise path circles the municipal golf course there. When we return to the SD area, we will definitely stay at this property. It is close to everything in the San Diego area.

Perfect retreat in San Diego area

The casita was perfect for our stay. Nice pool, lovely grounds, fresh eggs and lemons and limes. A fresh lime off the tree for my Modelo was wonderful. Both human and canine hosts were lovely. Bonita is also a nice area with a canyon chic vibe

Beautiful Oasis

This property is beautiful. It is quiet and was a great place to stay. Very convenient to all the highways. The host is available for all your needs. This was our first VRBO experience and we definitely will go this route again. I hope when we can visit San Diego again this is available .
