Just a wonderful property, facilities, little extras. The owners have thought of everything. Much more than any Bed and Breakfast we've ever stayed in.
Highly recommend. Just sorry we live in England, it's a bit far to travel for a long wkend.
A grand 2-storey cottage with balcony views and sweeping front garden. Set well away from the street, our stay was peaceful & relaxing. Classic decor throughout, ultra-comfy King bed, in-ground pool, large indoor spa, huge shower and generous provisions. We would love to return with friends or family.
We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and highly recommend for a romantic weekend away.
The B&B is beautifully renovated & has a feeling of luxury. It’s situated centrally in the Main Street of Goolwa however is back from the road so you don’t hear any road noise. There are so many little details that make this place special & the food provisions supplied are the most generous we’ve ever had on a stay away.
What a beautiful property. The history, Theo character and the sensibility of the renovations are all amazing. Perfect hosts with abundant provisions and treats offered. Variety of spaces to sit and admire the majestic Morton
Bay Fig tree. Loved it and will return.
Rose Eden is simply elegant. Perfectly positioned on the Main Street of Goolwa yet has a secluded, romantic edge. Renovated stylishly and with the detail and respect the home deserves. We will definitely be staying there again.
Wonderful stay in a beautifully presented historical home. Appreciated the thoughtful breakfast and snacks...and port! Gardens are stunning, enjoyed spending time around the property.
Rose Eden House is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. The furnishings are perfect. The accomodation is spotless and everything is provided for. For a week away from work this also provided the most peaceful surroundings, so easy to sleep and relax. There is a beautiful pool for hot days. Located on the main street at Goolwa, it is a short walk to everything you could want. The house is set up for couples to have a romantic few days together but also ideal for the single professional to take time out and chill and relax.
Rose Eden House is one of the most beautiful and historic properties I have had the pleasure of staying at. If myself and my partner are ever in Goolwa again we will not hesitate to book! Perfect for couples.
The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. It is perfect for couples wanting a tranquil and relaxing setting. The outdoor pool was lovely and clean and was an added bonus. Therisa the owner had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There were plenty of provisions for breakfast and thoughtful touches like chocolates and wine and candles for the spa bath. There was also secure of street parking. I would definitely recommend Rose Eden House for a break and would book again.
The suites have been renovated to original magnificence with modern luxuries. Everything we needed to make our weekend enjoyable and comfortable was thought of.
Location. Presentation. Documents explaining the history of the house. Clean .Customer service from
Excellat experience in a beautifull property in a great location. The large Moreton Bay Fig on site was also a stand out feature. An amazing specimen. The kitchen was really well set up.
We loved staying at your property. The property has been beautifully renovated, was very comfortable and was perfect. I did wonder though why the butter and bread were replaced mid way thru stay.
From the first moment that Therisa met us at the gate, entering the lovely apartment, the breakfast supplies, complimentary choccies, wine, port decater, four poster bed, and the list goes on...Rose Eden was simply wonderful.
Lovely historic B@B, I have always wanted to stay at this beautiful old home and it certainly lived up to my expectations. Provisions were plentiful, the four poster bed was comfy and all the rooms were spotless! The pool was lovely and the front garden was magnificent with two stunning Morton Bay Fig trees. Sitting outside on the balcony with a coffee and enjoying the view overlooking the garden was very relaxing. Bathroom was large and the spa was much appreciated after a day exploring the sights. We will certainly be returning.
