This privately owned unit is at Salt Beach within the beautiful Mantra Resort at Kingscliff, with full use of all pools and courts. The resort is just 15 minutes south of Coolangatta Airport, and is situated just behind the grassy verge on the beachfront. Accommodation is a modern, beach style, airconditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment fully equipped for a perfect holiday. Large balconies looking towards sea & beautiful pool area are a feature. Everything you require is within short walking distance.

Both ensuites have showers and baths, with the main bathroom having a spa bath. Being on the ground floor looking towards the pool makes it especially suitable for families or disabled visitors, with easy access to public areas, pools and beach for strollers or wheelchairs.

Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hotplate, and convection oven. Also a microwave convection oven. The laundry has a wash tub, washing machine and dryer. Complimentary starter supplies and many other provisions are provided for kitchen and laundry.

There are 3 televisions, iphone dock, DVD player, DVD_VHS player, selection dvds.

SALT Beach is the best kept secret. Uncrowded beach location, accessible to an airport. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday - catering for all ages and occasions.
15 min drive to Coolangatta Domestic/InternationalAirport(GoldCoast)
30 min drive to Byron Bay
50 minutes drive to Seaworld, Dreamworld, Movieworld
80 minutes drive to Brisbane Airport

One can laze by the pool, swim, surf, fish, kayak in nearby Cudgen Creek, or visit the beautiful Hinterland areas dominated by Mt Warning, which is but a short drive away. Nearby Murwillumbah has the award winning Tweed Regional Art Gallery which is always worth a visit with the highly acclaimed Margaret Olley art centre.

The Spa is available nearby in the village for any pampering you might need, with a hairdresser also at your service.

There are a variety of restaurants and coffee shops on site that cater for most tastes, including the famous Fins Fish restaurant. Bellini's Italian, Thai, fish and chips etc

A lovely place to relax

The communication with the owner was terrific and facilities of the Mantra add to the experience. Underground secure parking, the tennis court, ping pong table and bbq,facilities in the complex are great. If it were summer we could have enjoyed the pool and its a short walk to the beach and cycle path which was convenient.

Great family getaway

Great location, comfortable size rooms and lots of places to eat right at your doorstep. Pub with playground for young kids and a small outdoor playground next door. There’s really no need to even leave the resort. But if you do there’s lots to do in either direction. Great family holiday destination.

This place had everything we needed, including close access to the pool, boogie boards for the beach, comfortable bedrooms, and bedding, cozy but easy living areas. we were returning to Kingscliff, we would definitely choose to stay here again. We had a wonderful stay here. The balcony was great and it overlooked the pool. The hotel facilities were wonderful. Quite a bit of furniture in this apartment however it had everything we needed. We were grateful for the beach and pool toys as well as additional towels. Wonderful communication with owner and enjoyed flexibility with check out. Would stay here again

Had a wonderful stay at this Unit, great ground floor location within Mantra. Unit was very accommodating with 2 children < 5yrs. Appreciated the sand toys & pool noodles, they were well used!

Stay at Mantra on Salt

We had a conference at the Mantra on Salt and so selected this property to stay for a few extra days. Pricing was excellent - as was the location. Right next to the swimming pool and a short walk to the beach. A cafe and multiple restaurants near by all within walking distance gave us good options for food (albeit pricing at these places were a little higher than I’d expected). Could not fault our host - her communication was excellent, including a call the day after we arrived to check that everything was ok.

Fabulous holiday in a great location!

We have been to Kingscliff a couple of times before however this was our first stay at the Mantra. We went in with low expectations and were very pleasantly surprised! The resort is fabulous for young families, loads of space around the pool, even though we were there at peak season (Xmas hols) we never had trouble finding a lounger by the pool. Food & drinks from the bar were great, especially liked the pop-up Chandon bar! The unit is directly by the pool, we were worried it would be too noisy as it’s next to the bar too, however once inside it was totally quiet. The only downside was the furniture is a little dated & there is a lot of it squeezed into a tiny apartment, but we were out by the pool & in the gardens so didn’t spend much time indoors. All in all a great stay! Thanks Diana!

This is a fantastic unit, with views out over the pool. It’s well sized and it’s a lovely touch to have not just tea and coffee but also cooking basics in the cupboard.Check in and out was super easy. We will be back!

My family and I had a lovely stay. The room was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. We loved having the lagoon pool so close to our room and all the other amenities. The hotel is so close to the beach and also a lovely walk into kingscliff. We would definitely stay again.

Mantra on Salt - a fantastic getaway

Great room stocked with all the conveniences we needed including well stocked kitchen, in room laundry, books, games,Etc. The host was super nice and easy to connect with for any questions. The overall facility was great, loved the pool(s), the variety of restaurants and proximity to outdoor activities. The area is a favorite of ours and we really enjoyed the Mantra on Salt - Will definitely return in future trips from Canada.
