Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums is located in downtown Gatlinburg just a little over 1 block from the Main Parkway. It's a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Mountain Mall. The complex has a heated seasonal outdoor pool with hot tub. It also offers free wireless internet. This unit is a two bedroom with a queen bed in each bedroom. It also has a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and an apartment style 4 burner range stove with oven.

Clean and Great Location!

The condo was just as described and very clean! We enjoyed watching the New Year Fireworks from the private balcony. The location was great for walking downtown. It is only 0.5 miles from the downtown celebrations, so we were able to go down for a little bit before our little one was ready for bed. I would recommend! We will be booking again soon!

Location is perfect

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. The location couldn’t be better! Just a 5 minute walk and you are on the parkway. I highly recommend taking the walk early to get donuts from the Donut Friar (iced croissants are the best). The property was clean and stocked with the essentials. My husband and best friend loved the coffee bar. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The room was in excellent condition. Great location. The Host is very friendly and responds in a timely manner. The only two problems we had was no shower head in the master bedroom and both bedroom mattresses were not comfortable at all. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Carpet is down to staples and nails where it joins other floor, only 2 chairs on balcony with 5 people staying. Air/heat unit in living room tore apart, shortage on towels. A few updates would go a long way.

We particularly liked having a code to enter, we never had to go to the office at all. I called the office to report the problem with the tv, and also after we left to let them know we had checked out.

Parking pass is in the condo when you arrive. Wish there was a reference on how to use sone of the things in the condo. This condo had tile in the kitchen and it moved and creaked every time you walked on it. The carpet needs some spot cleaning and the hair dryers didnt work. Everything else was good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We cone to Gatlinburg once or twice a year and I will plan my vacation around the availability of this unit alone. We always have an extra person with us so the 2 bedrooms works great. We love this unit as it is clean and comfortable and exceeds our needs. I just will not look into staying in any other unit. However, the unit is clean but I feel it is time for a complete wash down of walls including corners. The kitchen area is where I notice it most the walls the outside if appliances and the floor behind the trashcan.

Reviewer Comments: While the place is cute and very close to town but still set back enough to not be loud from the downtown it needs work. My first issue was there was no coffee. They had creamer and sugar but no coffee and no coffee filters. The spare bedroom was missing the tv remote so we had to leep sharing the remote. The floor where the tile meets the carpet had staples sticking out which my friend stepped on and was bleeding. The wall in the spare bedroom had a hole where im guessing a vent should have been and there was black all around it. The ac in the spare bedroom stopped working and got very warm in that room. The door leading to the balcony was broken and we didnt know until we all got locked out there for 2 hrs. Luckily we were able to use a bracelet we had to get back in. Then the next day my husband got locked out by himself. No shampoo. The vending machine stole our money cause it was not working proper. There was not anyone in the office the majority of the weekend. Only one towel for each bathroom. The beds were very comfortable we all loved them.

We had Stinkbugs, couldn't watch TV, patio was dirty the guest that was there before us left clothes, toys and under the bed was cereal and crumbs. So overall my stay was not great.
