Unit is not so great

These pictures do not tell the whole truth about this property. I can tell they are old pictures, because there is no railing outside anymore. It was so dusty and dirty, the blinds are broken, the bathroom ceiling has holes in it, the sink in the one bathroom had to stay open with a fork, the glass on the table is full of crumbs so bring a table cloth, because it made me sick. There is no pan so bring that if you want to cook anything in the stove. The kitchen is literally falling apart(we had to screw the cabinet back in, with a utensil) The best thing about this property is the beautiful view (kinda hard to see, because back door was so dirty and there is no screen so you have to just keep door open) and the ease of coming and going to beach. This unit is for sale so maybe the owners just gave up on taking care of it. I can deal with a unit that is not updated, but not one that is dirty and needs a deep cleaning.

Best view for morning coffee

Great cozy place right in the beach. My favorite part was sipping coffee In the morning while the watching the kids running about in the beach below! The place was very clean and the kitchen had most of what we needed. Great deck but shame there was no shade or table umbrella so we had to retreat inside from the sun. Luckily you can still enjoy the view from the sitting room. Also, sadly no BBQ which was disappointing as I was looking offered to grilling out. All in all, a great find, perfect for families.

Clean, nicely decorated, really comfortable furniture and bed. Beautiful ocean view. Convenient to get to shopping and parks. Loved this property.

Power outage

It was a great condo and great location. But we lost power like 5 times. They need more storage containers in unit. Cause some of us do like to cook. I had to bring a Tv and VCR for spare room for my special need son. He has to have his own space and shows. The place was ideal but could use a 2nd TV and some leftover containers in kitchen. Oh yeah and that rug in kitchen that does'nt have rubber under it, I fell twice and was sore the whole trip. Please replace that rug!
