Our stay was amazing! Verona and Bill provided a very wholesome, relaxing and gentle environment for us to spend a couple days away. Breakfast was incredible and the life stories and experiences she shared were even better. A really cosy and lovely place to stay with fantastic hosts and nature!

Idyllic Alpine Getaway

I had an amazing couple of day with Bill & Verona, they are the most amazaing hosts, and place is absolutely gorgeous.I woudl recommend to anyone who wants a quiet and private base to play in the Alpine region, summer or winter.

Such a beautiful place to stay

Verona and we went over and above to make sure that we had everything we required. really a unique and wonderful stay. The property and location was stunning - such incredible value. Just one small issue that we were planning to do a little bit of work and phone reception wasn’t great and no Wi-Fi so just something to keep in mind if you’re planning to do that. Highly recommend a staying here.

Picturesque and cozy retreat

Our stay at Lavender Hue was fantastic! Rona was such a kind and welcoming host and made us feel at home. It was the perfect place to stay and head up to Hotham each day only about 30 - 40 min drive away. The cabin was so well kept and breakfast was fantastic. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality, Rona!

A beautiful and relaxing retreat

We had the most glorious stay! Verona was so lovely and hospitable, breakfast was delicious and the guest house was so cute and well equipped. We left feeling very zen and very at one with nature. Her property is beautiful and we had the opportunity to sit by the creek which was a real highlight. Highly recommend!

So cozy!

My partner and I had the loveliest stay here! I was visiting from Perth and couldn't have been happier with where we chose to stay for a couple nights. The accommodation itself was so beautiful and cozy, the area was incredibly scenic. The host Verona was so sweet and friendly, she was incredibly accommodating and very quick to respond. Highly recommend this stay for anyone wanting a quirky cottagecore getaway.

Tranquil retreat

Cozy, unique and homely stay.

We loved staying at the lavender farm. A really special experience. Verona is a legend. Very sweet, caring, accommodating and has some amazing life experiences to share. The cabin is very cozy, perfect for couples to stay after enjoying a day up on the mountain.

A beautiful getaway

What a magical place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bill and Verona’s place. The location was great. It was so lovely airing by the bubbling brook as I read my book with a glass of wine at the end of the day.Verona is a fascinating woman with such fabulous life stories who together with her husband have created a place of peace and serenity. Lavender Tranquility

Such a beautiful place. Wonderful hosts who go out of their way to be hospitable and welcoming. Rona spoiled us with lovely breakfast, fresh flowers and produce from their gorgeous garden. The cottage is so comfortable - warm timbers overlooking the treed surrounds. Could have stayed much longer and would love to return.
