Linley Point Harbourview 2 bedroom pet-friendly home with disabled facilities.
Linley Point Harbourview is located in one of the nicest parts of Sydney. You will appreciate the magnificent views of Sydney Harbour, and city skyline from the moment you arrive . On New Year's Eve you will be able to see the fireworks from your front garden. However a 9 night minimum stay applies at that time.
Our 2 bedroom home is about 8 Km from the city and close to transport. It is an ideal base to see the sights of Sydney and surrounds. The home is built on a single level, and suitable for couples, families and disabled holidaymakers.
More people are travelling with their pets and small dogs can be accepted by arrangement. The front garden and rear balcony are fenced to keep dogs safe.
The spacious and light filled house is air-conditioned, has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. It is about 8 Km from the city centre and is well served by public transport.
Free WiFi is available for internet access. There is a large Smart TV. Please bring your own Netflix or other streaming service login.
Disabled aids such as a shower chair and toilet surround seat are available. There is wheelchair access to the cottage.

Weekly bookings are preferred. Minimum booking is generally 5 days, but 9 days over the Christmas - New Year period.
Description
The house is approximately 25 years old, and is in a quiet street with off street parking under a carport and is adjacent to the owner's house. A reverse cycle air-conditioner has recently been installed so it is comfortable in summer and winter.
Our cottage has a large main bedroom with built-in wardrobes and Queen size bed, a large living room with Smart TV that opens onto a patio area with BBQ area. The BBQ area has outdoor furniture, ideal for outdoor dining in the warmer months. The cottage has a, a spacious kitchen with all amenities including microwave oven, , electric hotplates, grill and oven, dishwasher a fridge/freezer. The second bedroom has a quality single bed and a folding bed . The cottage is ideal for couples and family holidays. Good public transport is nearby with a regular bus service to the city and Chatswood railway station. The ferry is the nicest way to travel to the city and two wharves ( Huntleys Point and Woolwich are only a 10 -15 minute drive away.

The second bedroom has a single bed and folding bed suitable for children. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and there is an internal laundry with a washing machine. There is a outdoor clothes line. The cottage has an enclosed front garden to relax in. if you enjoy walking there are beautiful bushwalks along the Lane Cove River.

I was raised in our family home adjacent to Linley Point Harbourview so know the area well. We live next door in a separate house, so the cottage is private. Living next door, we are able to welcome guests on arrival and show them the local area. For guests without their own transport, we will take them to the local shopping centre to buy groceries etc.
We have been welcoming guests to Linley Point for 20 years, and several guests return each year to visit family and friends.
