Welcome to our place! We've had this home for over 20 years now and have enjoyed it so much we thought we'd share it! Its a 3 bedroom 2 full bath with a spacious living room, great for entertaining multiple families. Watch the most amazing sunsets over the backyard which sits right on the Golf course. Check out the fully equipped 2 car garage with tennis rackets, roller blades, pool toys, bicycles for all ages, fishing gear, golf clubs and so much more. Home review

Everything in the property was great. The only issue we had was after checkout. The property owner billed us an extra fee for cleaning fee despite already paying a large fee. There was no reason for this extra fee as the only thing left dirty was towels and sheets (normal use). We even left the dishwasher full and washing. I am still waiting for this charge to be removed.

Great Place

We had a wonderful experience with this house. Melissa is very good with communication. The only downside is there is no WiFi but we were so busy with other things that is was nice to be unplugged. The house was comfy and is as shown in pictures. Would definitely stay here again.

Bad Communication From Owner ll

Television did not work . I called the owner she said she could not get ahold of her IT guy. We had no television or any wifi for 5 days we were there. Bicycle tires are all flat called owner on this and she never answered me back or bothered to send someone to fix the television . I tried to contact her a few other times and did not get any response back. Our weather was really bad while we were there raining so we had nothing to really do with no wifi or television .

Awesome place!

We spent our annual family vacation here. The house was so nice and very clean. The grandkids loved the huge back yard. We prepared and brought lots of fun things to do outback. The kids had an amazing time. They cried when we had to leave. River Ranch was great. Unfortunately not all activities were available everyday but that didn’t hinder our days. Suggestion.. bring lots of water and drinks if you are planning to spend the day there. Not much available to purchase.

Three couples got together for fun and reminiscing. The wives had been best friends since middle sc.

We had many previous visits to River Ranch, but always in our RV. This visit was wonderful. It was great to be able to stay together with friends. The house was clean and well appointed. Nice western motif. Everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Would love to stay here again.

Pleasant home

Nice home located just minuets from Westgate Resorts River Ranch. House backs up to a golf course that’s no longer being used, but each morning we saw deer at the back gate. Owner has provided games for all ages, bicycles, laundry, etc. just like being at home.

Great accommodations!

My husband, son and an adult friend stayed here for a week of fishing in your lakes. They really enjoyed the house! It was a big step up from the camps they’ve stayed in elsewhere. They were able to cook and hang at the house every night which they enjoyed. Management was very responsive and helpful!!

Thanks, Melissa. We enjoyed our stay in your home and the quiet community. The house is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious. The only downside of being so far from town was the low cell phone signal. Wifi would be a plus .

Great location with a nice view.

River Ranch is a great place to have a long weekend. Get yourself a golf cart or ride the owner supplied bicycles and explore all the property the house is just outside the gate and all activities are just a minute away. We enjoyed grilling out on the back porch. Owners were fantastic to work with.

Our new river ranch home!

This place was great. Tons of room, clean and super comfortable. Great place for friends to gather. We went for the Kissimmee Freedom ride with our airboats and had a blast. Cooked breakfast, had a huge dinner with all our friends. Loved it. Will definitely be staying here again.

Relaxing Christmas Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy home for our family Christmas getaway. Very close to everything at River Ranch and extremely family friendly. Its a quiet and relaxing location with beautiful views of the golf course. Home had everything you would need including bikes for adults and kids! We enjoyed all of the activities River Ranch had to offer from the Rodeo, Saloon, Chapel, Pony rides, Petting farm and Pontoon Boat rentals! Perfect family getaway in central Florida! I highly recommend this rental as the owners are very nice and easy to work with! We would definitely stay here again!
