Plan a family-friendly stay at our Grand Desert, a lush oasis just a mile from Las Vegas Boulevard. We are close to all the casinos, restaurants, and entertainment options that make Vegas famous, but our hotel was designed without an onsite casino to create a comfortable, welcoming retreat for families. Instead, we bring entertainment to you with 3 outdoor pools, a 3D movie theater, and 4 outdoor hot tubs.

Kick back and relax with massage therapists, a sauna, and tanning beds onsite. Lounge in a cool Vegas breeze at one of our poolside cabana rentals or have fun with the kids in the game room and movie theater. Stay committed to your routine at the fitness center, and take care of any work-related matters at the business center. Spacious resort condos feature WiFi, flat screen TVs, and a washer and dryer. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook dinner in the comfort of your own condo with plenty of room to spread out in the dining area. I booked a 3 bedroom suite , but they do not have any 3 bedroom suites. After booking I was told they don’t know why it is listed the biggest is 2 bedroom suite. I was told I would have two 2 bedroom suites, I asked if I could have them close to each other. I was told I needed to provide a second person’s id and information for the second suite. I responded to the email and never heard back. I reached out multiple times to them, Vrbo and Expedia and could not get a confirmation that the two suites would be available for our stay. I had no reassurance that we would have our rooms until we got there. We were given two suites on the opposite ends of the same floor. Not ideal as we were meant to stay in a three bedroom suite but at least we had rooms to stay in. One of our suites had a toilet issue, we reported it and they quickly took care of it.

Incredible Stay-beautiful room and resort & smoke free!

The owner was very responsive to my questions and was very sweet. The property is very nice with all the amenities of a resort. We rented a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit for 4 adults and 1 teen so we all had our own room. Both bathrooms had a tub a separate shower. All basic soap, shampoo/conditioner/ dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent was provided. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans. No spices or condiments other than a small salt and pepper shaker. There is a small "market" off the lobby but we opted to do a Target mobile order and the drive was only about about 8 minutes away. The entire unit was beautiful and well maintained. We didn't use the pools but some of us did visit the workout room and it was great. The front desk gave us a $20 voucher for the little market as compensation for the construction noise going on throughout the day (9A-5P) which didn't really impact us as we were out and about. After check-in, you'll be escorted to a desk on the opposite side of the lobby to "collect your wristbands." The people at the desk will try their best to get you to attend a presentation or, in our case, a "quick walk-through of a suite" in exchange for dinner gift cards/vacation voucher. After saying "not interested" a few times, they finally gave up. We felt this unit was close to everything and off the strip just enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Adult family vacay

The staff was very friendly. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was in great condition and very clean. Easy access to the strip and great pool area with a bar and they had a DJ. I would recommend as this was a great price and great stay!!

Shuttle:
The resort offers a free shuttle to and from the Las Vegas Strip. The shuttle is ran by a third party company, and its hours and service may vary. Please inquire about the shuttle's hours at the front desk upon arrival.

Bus:
Bus stops are marked by signs with the blue, white and gold RTC Transit logo; most have shelters. The most useful bus for tourists is the Deuce: named as it’s a double-decker bus, it travels the length of Las Vegas Boulevard from the BTC in the north to just by I-215 in the south, stopping in front of all major casinos. Deuces are often busy, especially at night.

Monorail:
The Las Vegas Monorail is now running a reliable service along Paradise Road and then behind the Strip. For direct tickets, go to the Las Vegas Monorail, (lvmonorail) site.

Taxi, limo, Uber and Lyft are other transportation options.
