We loved staying at Laurel View, it was just what the family needed. So peaceful and one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever seen from the property. Thank you so much for hosting us!
Lovely stay! Open fire inside and if the weather was better we would have used the outside fire.Vicki was very generous, leaving a lot of firewood, treats on the coffee table and supplies for breakfast. Thanks Vicki for making our stay a memorable one.
we found the property to be so welcoming and comfortable, with plenty of space for individual and group requirements, as well as beautiful grounds with fabulous views that we stayed the entire time and didn't venture into the neighbouring area. Both children and adults had an equally good time. Thank you Vickie!
How could you not relax in this beautiful cozy but spacious farmhouse. Perched atop a hill you can look out on the most glorious views while relaxing in your own formal garden. Comfortable and clean who could ask for more.
We loved staying at Laurel View for the Easter weekend. The house was lovely, beautifully styled and well equipped and perfect to cook a roast lamb for the family. The Easter decorations were special and the views of the farm and the surrounding district were magnificent. We had the most amazing sunsets and enjoyed using the outside firepit. We loved the inside fireplace and the ambience and comfort of the home for us and an our grown children and their partners. A visit to the Belmore Falls was worthwhile. Would love to come back again.
A memorable stay in the most beautiful surroundings. A family farmhouse with period features but all the comforts you need for modern everyday living.Close by to many scenic tourist attractions plus activity adventures. We came in autumn and the seasonal colours were performing their best. At evening, perfect to relax with a book and a glass of wine by an excellent woodburning fire.Situated in as green as green pasture land - valley and rolling hills as far as the eye can see.Can highly recommend for a relaxing short stay or longer break. You will find Vicki the perfect host.
We were pleasantly surprised to discover this property and the incredible views it provides. Eventhough it was raining and a bit cold for the season, it was very comfortable and the fireplace made quick work of the humidity. The breakfast supplies and little extras were just the cherry on top! Highly recommended!
We stayed for 3 nights, it was most relaxed break we have had for a long time. The beds are so comfortable, rooms are clean and decorated beautifully. We will definitely come back.
We stayed 3 nights and wish it had been longer - the house is beautiful and overlooks a stunning property with a beautiful garden. Fireplace keeps you warm and toasty and its a very safe fireplace. Sheets and towels are best quality and a lovely touch with bacon and eggs and wine rstocked as a welcome present - thank you Vicki! We will be back!
We had a wonderful stay at Laurel View. The house was warm and cosy when we arrived. When the rain set in, we were happy to stay around the fireside and relax in the peaceful ambiance. Thanks for a great few days.
This holiday house offers a picturesque view of the valley that's truly captivating. Immaculate cleanliness ensures a comfortable stay, and the serene atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway.
The home is gorgeous, the views stunning & anything else you need for a lovely weekend is a 5 minute drive away in Robertson village. Don’t miss the pizza restaurant & of course, The Cheese Factory.
