Vegas Studio - Pools, Hot Tubs, and Shuttle to the Strip!

Great for a family vacation, our versatile resort welcomes all ages to America’s favorite playground with 2 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, a children’s splash pad, game room, and fitness center. Grab a refreshing cocktail from our poolside bar, and relax by the fire pit or a shaded cabana—complete with a mini-fridge, fan, and TV.

When you’re not enjoying the city fun or poolside sun, retreat to a spacious suite that feels like your very own apartment right off the Las Vegas Strip. The Studio unit will sleep up to 4 guests and features a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, and sink.

Studios layouts vary depending on the unit that is assigned upon check in.

Layout 1: 1 King Bed and 1 Double Sleeper Sofa
Layout 2: 2 Double Beds and No Sleeper Sofa

Most of the Studio are equipped as Layout 1 describes, but we want you to be aware of the possibility. We would be happy to place your specific requests with the resort, but it cannot be guaranteed.

NOTE:
Guest Checking in must be 21 or older.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

The stay was very pleasant as the place was away from the Strip and easy to get to through the backroads even with all the traffic of Formula 1. Very clean place, and the room was spacious.

Good, reasonably priced property across the way from the Rio and about a 25 minute walk to the strip

A nice, clean, fairly priced suite in a good location away from the non-stop stimulus of the casino properties. Recommended for those looking for a quiet spot and they don't mind walking to the strip. Fit perfectly for my WSOP trip.

Even better than advertised

Very nice place to stay. As mentioned in the listing, you do not know which kind of unit you will get until you check in. I had luck the weekend I stayed and ended up with a beautiful, one bedroom suite. I felt like someone had upgraded me to a penthouse. It was quiet, clean, and a lot nicer than a standard hotel room. The location is great, I was going to SEMA and it was close enough to walk or use the shuttle to get to the show. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

It was a beautiful property. Not far from everything. Property does offer a shuttle to get around at certain times throughout the day. You will love it here.
