This spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment is well set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay and everything to give you the best experience.

The largest balcony great for entertaining, BBQ, large dining table, corner couch with sun umbrella and even a sun lounger.

The master bedroom has a comfortable at-home feel with a large king size bed including wall mounted tv so you can relax in bed and watch a movie. Two wardrobes with all the space you need to hang your clothes and a large set of drawers for storing your clothes. It also has a well appointed en-suite including bath, shower and toilet and the bedroom has it's own access out onto the balcony so you can enjoy the vibrant views with a morning cuppa or evening wine while relaxing in extremely comfortable king size bed. Blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep and there's even earplugs if you think you may need them.

The second bedroom is a bit smaller but has been designed well with a double bed . Enough room to hang some clothes, store bags or clothes and shoes as well. There is a separate shower and toilet for the 2nd bedroom which is just off the main corridor .

The well appointed large open plan lounge features a coffee table and large comfy corner couch with views out onto the largest outdoor balcony. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV , JBL stereo as well as unlimited Free WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need including an oven with electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser.

There is a Nespresso Coffee machine for making coffee, kettle, toaster and a coffee plunger for a great start to your day.

On arrival there is complimentary teas, coffee, hot chocolate, milk in the fridge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, toilet paper everything to start your stay so so you can pack lightly.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen. We use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

Pink Experience

Overall our stay was amazing, just a few very minor things that would make it perfect. When we first arrived in the apartment the cooking/frying smell from surrounding restaurants and/or the Sebel restaurant (which the apartment is part of but we did not realise this) was overpowering, but did improve a bit once we left the doors open. The pull out bed was not made up and there were no sheets provided for this and the fabulous outside furniture could not be used for the first 2 days as all of the cushions had not been previously packed away and there had clearly been substantial rain earlier in the week. We had to stand all the cushions up and rotate them over the next two days as the water was running out - we really wanted some time on that fabulous deck! Would 100% stay again

Great apartment by the harbor

Great little apartment in a fabulous location that was perfect for us because it was just steps away from the activities we planned – sailing on the harbor and ferry trips to the bay islands. One morning we left the apartment just minutes before the scheduled ferry and made it in the nick of time. The harbor also made for a great place to run – either flat along the water or tackling the uphill toward the university (if you’re looking to burn off last nights great meal). The apartment was clean and comfortable. The highlight is the amazing and huge patio – we could sit on the shady couch all day or hold our own private fitness class. The washer/dryer was welcome after ten days on the road. You’re in the heart of many great bars and restaurants with plenty of nearby shopping. This might not be for you if you’re looking for a secluded place away from the action – we’re light sleepers though and stayed at a very busy time of year, but never had trouble going to sleep. Yes, the second bedroom is small, but its bathroom is more than enough, and this is a much better option for 3-4 people than two rooms at the nearby Hilton, Hyatt or Sofitel. The highlights of our stay were the wineries on Waikeke, the beautiful garden campus of the university and the incredible food – especially Hello Beasty and Amano. Our time in Auckland flew by and we were happy that we decided to stay in Auckland for four nights.

Second bedroom minute, no storage, minute shower toilet.

Looked wonderful on web site, The complaints were: 1. The entry card did not work although it opened the garage door. 2. We had to ask the desk to allow us to level 1 3. The cleaners were working so we went over in the ferry to Devenport. 4. We arrived at 4:15pm with our luggage and accessed our apartment with the help of the receptionist. 5. Once inside we were shocked to see the minute size of the second bedroom, the wardrobe door was the back of the fridge, the minute size of the second toilet and shower. 6. There was no indoor table in lounge for drinks and snacks. 7. There were only three stools in kitchen and one was broken at base which I repaired, 8. The kitchen floor was sticky and not clean 9. The dishwasher was full of finished glasses etc. 10. There was no milk for a welcoming cup of tea. 11. The bedside clock in bedroom needs a new battery. 12. We had to leave our suitcases in the hallway as there was not enough room in the second bedroom other than a double bed.
