Step outside onto the balcony and soak up the exceptional marina views while relaxing on the outdoor couch, or host an al fresco dinner party at the dining table as the sun sets over the water.

The Space:
The apartment is elegantly laid back and equipped with all essentials and comforts for your trip.
The bedrooms are simple and sophisticated, both with beautiful high quality beds for a dreamy and restful sleep and ample storage space to unpack.
The lounge and dining are open plan with the kitchen separated but connecting by the bar, great for entertaining and enjoying each others company.
The kitchen has all of your essential cooking tools and appliances if you want to whip up a quick snack before heading out or impress your guests by preparing your favourite meal and dine out on the balcony taking in the fantastic view.
The balcony is soaked in sunlight all day long its the perfect place to start your day as the sunrises or enjoy unwinding as the sunsets on the cozy couches.
There is a desk with a printer great for nomads or business travellers or if have any admin to do for your travels.
The complex also has a pool, gym and sauna for you to enjoy!

Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy.

You will have access to the pool, sauna and gym at the complex as well :)

*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!

The Neighborhood:
Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct are prime locations in the CBD, and you have found yourself nestled in the middle! With buzzing restaurants, bars and nightlife surrounding the marina - it's a vibrant treat! There are many highlights and conveniences throughout the area all within walking distance making it a breeze for you to explore
See the immediate area by foot or scooter, zoom across the bridge to the Viaduct and Silo Park where you will find a swanky restaurants and packed bars, commercial bay with all your shopping needs and access to the rest of the wonderful city!
Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk from the viaduct (once you are over the bridge) you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina all leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 10-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

There is very minimal street parking in the area, we do not recommend relying on this. There is a Wilsons open air car park about a 3 minute walk to/from the apartment (270m), we have a 40% discount code that you can use here when using park mate - you will be provided with this code once you have booked with your instructions
There is another car park 94m from the apartment where you can pre book and pay before you arrive, this information will be provided to you upon booking with your instructions.

Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request.

Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.
Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.
Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.

Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.

Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf) - www.theluggagehotel.com Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.

Abide by Body Corporate:
See separate document in the apartment for your convenience.

Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the back of the apartment door.

Interaction with Guests:
We are contactable by phone calls, email and Air BnB messages, but are not on site at this apartment.

Great Location
This is a great apartment in a great location. Very easy access to every part of the CBD. The apartment was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.
